2/10 Terrible

We arrived Feb 13 evening. My daughter was in from New York for a coaching job (her girls played in Knoxville). 1 hour after we arrived the lights on the cabin went out, blanketing us in darkness. I immediately contacted the owner. He asked me to check the breaker box, I did, nothing was blown. He asked me to text a pic of the breaker box to some random number - I did. He said he alerted maintenance. They didn't show up after a few hours I inquired if we knew about how long it usually takes to respond. We had an early morning the next day my daughter & I would have to get up, get ready for the tournament. I was informed they may not make it until the next day due to volume of calls. I said OK, please keep me updated. The next day getting ready was near impossible. We used our cell phones to read shampoo/conditioner to even be able to bathe. I drove to the tourney so my daughter could do her hair/make-up in the car. The rest of our family/party arrived for the later games. I asked them at that point if anyone had been by to address the issue yet - still no. I reach back out to the owner to keep him posted that prob had not been resolved. He told me he would keep me updated w/ any news. I went about my day watching vball then we went w/ all the team girls for some team bonding dinner/ice cream. Got back still not fixed. Owner stopped responding! I have messages of all this. This continued until SUNDAY might when we got ahold of maintenance ourselves. Would NOT stay here!!!!!!
