Unfortunately, we had quite a few issues with our stay. Firstly, the cabin was very dirty. You cannot walk around barefoot. The floors are in need of a deep clean. The rug in the master bedroom had trash all over it. There was a dirty diaper in one of the upstairs bedrooms and a can in the theater room when we arrived. The microwave didn't work upon arrival but was replaced. The biggest issue (that was fixed during our stay) was the upstairs bathroom flooding into the master bedroom. One of our group members was taking a shower downstairs, which caused the upstairs toilet to flood sewage into the master bedroom. It was truly disgusting. The whole cabin had a bad musk. The maintenance guy did fix the bathroom issues, but when he arrived, he rear-ended one of our group members' trailers. I informed the property manager, who said that I was lying about the incident. After that, I didn't contact the property manager about any of the other issues. The upstairs of the cabin was hotter than the rest of the building. There were uncomfortable mattresses, particularly in the bunk bed room. The shower in the master bedroom was very hard to step into, and is definitely a fall risk. There were no paper towels provided. The first time we used the washing machine, it leaked as well. The driveway is very steep, particularly the first entrance, which we did not see in the photos of the cabin. The cabin was also right beside another cabin, which we didn't realize from photos, either.
