    Nestled on approximately 3/4 acres, Bella Vista provides its guests with the privacy they desire while still affording convenience to all the area attractions. Located near the Arts & Crafts District, Bella Vista Lodge boasts unsurpassed seclusion while affording easy, direct and unintimidating driving access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

    The hardwood floors, comfortable and inviting living area, floor to ceiling stack stone fireplace, and antler chandeliers provide the perfect lodge environment. A full-equipped kitchen will surpass all of your expectations. With large flat-panel televisions, pool table, 5-person hot tub, 43" arcade (with over 60 retro games) and a good collection of board games, Bella Vista offers unending entertainment options for the entire family.

    Each of the four bedrooms feature king-size log beds. The “bunk room” is a haven for kids of all ages with two log bunk beds.

Great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with a beautiful view! Plenty of room for our family of 7 to stretch out and nice touches like games, books, and puzzles. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! Brian was a great host! Easy to contact and took care any questions or issues we had right away.

Friends trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay, the property had great views that we enjoyed each morning with our coffee, a very well stocked kitchen, and was in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge making it easy to get to both.

This was the perfect vacation property for our two family vacation! We had 4 adults, and 5 kids with us. There is plenty of space for the kids to play and hang out, as well as the adults to have their own space as well. All of the amenities were great, the only thing we needed to bring was our own food. WiFi was more than adequate for our needs. We loved the location of the property, it was about a 20 minute drive to get into Pigeon Forge, so it was out of town a bit but we weren’t stacked on top of other people or cabins. Brian, the property owner was absolutely fantastic to communicate with, he gave us some great recommendations for things to do as well! Can’t wait for our next stay!

Everyone had a wonderful time - the sleeping quarters were very comfortable; the kitchen had everything that we needed. The game room downstairs was the social hub - where we all enjoyed the billiards table, air hockey and classic video games Would definitely make another visit

Great Place!

This was a great place. The view was great, the game room kept the kids occupied, the cabin was exceptionally clean. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact. The cabin is very convenient to all the local attractions but situated in a very quiet and peaceful location, and the access was easy.

Great Location

The cabin is located in a central location with easy access to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Brian offered the perfect amount of communication for our stay. Thenrooms were comfortable and the game room downstairs was perfect for the older kids to have a getaway.
