Host was great! Lovely home with fantastic views. Definitely need 4x4 to access in any kind of inclement weather but that was part of the adventure. This location accommodated a large family easily. Pet friendly was awesome amenity and owner had the unit heated and hot tub running on our arrival. House has everything you need and is cozy spot. Accomdated (4) vehicles without issue and the wrap around porch was perfect for enjoying the winter season views. Downstairs play room was great to keep kids entertained and noise seperated from when adults were relaxing.Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again!

Love this cabin! Hosts were exceptional! Kitchen and coffee bar are well stocked! 4 comfy king beds and each bedroom has an en-suite bath! Perfect for two families traveling together. Absolutely love how private this cabin is and the wonderful view that it has. Roads are winding and distance to Pigeon Forge attractions may cause some to hesitate booking this property, but I would say book it anyway! The privacy, peace, and condition of the cabin makes it a perfect location! Wears Valley is a sweet little city as well with coffee shops and restaurants! It was a perfect week for us! Would definitely stay here again and again!
We played lots of pool and foosball. The extra kitchen downstairs was great!

The cabin was beautiful and in a beautiful location, and the view was fantastic! We made many memories and would love to visit again. There were a few minor issues, as with any rental, but they were handled quickly and without disruption. Robert was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish.

Great location a bit away from the congestion of pigeon forge but close enough to easily drive in. 4 king beds for 4 couples was ideal for us. Property manager was very communicative and easy to reach if needed. Views were great from the porch. I highly recommend.

Five Stars all the way! This is our second visit in this cabin and our entire family absolutely loves it there! If you love bears, this is the cabin you want-p we saw six bears in the first 24 hours and then the second day we saw a mama with her baby little cub it was precious! The view is great. The cabin is clean. Just love it there!!!

Expectations may need adjusted but perfect place for large groups.

Let me start by sharing our gratitude for a home that helped provide a great family time together. Admittedly I am a clean-freak. That being said, I realize how being an owner of a property states away make inspecting cleanliness next to impossible. There was quite a thick layer of dust on valances, parts of furniture, etc. There were animal droppings on tops of cabinets and bat droppings on porch-complete with bat- which we were glad to see as bugs were thick this time of year. I suffer from allergies to mold and pet dander and felt affected the whole trip. I know this is a pet-free accommodation but would bet rule has been ignored by guests. All that being said, Zyrtec and my own cleansers took care of enough of the issues to allow us all the really sweet blessing of family time. We are not regular users of VRBO so may have had too high of expectations. That is on us. I would suggest the following to make a wonderful place even better:1 outfit the cabin with a larger broom and vacuum that works. 2. Have a deep clean of all places where dust accumulates (cabinet insets, tops of cabinets, valances/curtains, all wood on furniture3. Assure washer/dryer are in optimal working order ( washer needed to run through multiple spin cycles to get enough water out of clothing to put in the dryer making doing laundry for 9 guests a chore)4. Combine and reduce kitchen items so there is enough room inside cabinets for food/pantry items needed to feed larger numbers of guests.

Perfect location!

This house was the perfect spot for our family get together, with easy access to the “quiet side” of the Smokies. The house layout was perfect for us with four bedrooms all with very comfortable king beds and in-suite baths. We were pleasantly surprised that there were two full-sized refrigerators, one on each level, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The owners were very responsive to our calls when we had a couple of questions. We most loved the upper deck with amazing views and the couple of bears we watched from our seats as they passed by the yard. We will definitely book this rental again on our next trip!

Memorial day weekend

The view is awesome. The cabin is perfect for multiple couples. It does need better cleaning and better pest/rodent control. We found mice droppings, cobwebs in doorways and wall corners, and dirt on the bathroom floors upon check in. As well as a dead decayed mouse in a trap under the sink. We didnt recieve our email with instructions and directions to the cabin until the morning after we checked in. Lucky for me, my wife is a "detective" and she was able to locate the address so we could find it the day we were checking in. One of the chairs on the lower deck was broken and falling in and the hot tub needs some tlc (jets wouldn't turn off and the lights wouldn't turn on). All in all its a decent cabin, but definitely needs someone in management to put eyes on the property to have these things taken care of.

Fantastic mountain cabin

This is a wonderful comfortable clean mountain cabin with fantastic long range views of Wears Valley. Robert was the most communicative and helpful property manager we’ve ever had. The furniture was all comfortable with plenty of seating upstairs-our only suggestion would be to maybe add a futon or comfy loveseat in the game room downstairs. We loved the fireplaces, hot tub and porches. The drive up to the cabin is steep and we did see bears! All in all we would definitely stay here again!

No regrets!!!

You will not regret renting this cabin! I give it 5 stars for everything imaginable. Views are stunning, beds are so very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with anything one could need, enough sitting space for my party of 7 adults in dining and living rooms, second kitchen area downstairs with extra fridge for accommodating more drinks, game room, hot tub, gorgeous fireplace, private bathrooms for each bedroom….the list goes on and on. Could not have asked for better!

Good view, bedrooms and baths good No storage for food items, three tub drains broke, kitchen sink strainer broke and only had one and needed two, not enough lighting to dark In areas, ac thermostat confuseing to operate, notified management and no response on getting drains fixed and no trash pickup when we called . Will not rent this cabin again

3789 Edge Park Dr. We are enjoying the cabin. The view is wonderful. We have a few things that need your attention, only one kitchen towel, no pot holders, blender doesn’t not work, the left room downstairs shower has only a trickle of water out of the head and the drain is very slow to drain, downstairs coffee maker doesn’t work. All of these can be resolved after we check out. Like I said we love the location just needs a few things improved to make it wonderful for the next guest. You might need to have the windows washed.

A great week at Mountain’s Edge

Our family enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful views of Wears Valley the cabin offers. Great layout with private, comfortable bedrooms each with dedicated full baths. Great location with easy access to some of the most beautiful places in GSMNP. Loved the main living space and two level deck. Had multiple bear visits which was exciting. No complaints after our stay - would rent again!
