[POOL CLEANING SCHEDULE]
• In order to keep the pool in great shape and to ensure your safety, the pool is cleaned twice a week: on Monday/Tuesday and Thursday/Friday
• This ensures the pool water's quality remains consistent
• Since the cleaning company services multiple properties, the service window is fairly broad during the day: anytime between 8am and 5pm
• The cleaning company has their own door code to enter the property when guests are not inside
• After cleaning, we recommend waiting about 30 minutes before using the pool. After that it should be ok
• They will always knock and announce themselves when they show up

[BEAR ACTIVITY]
• Keep vehicle doors locked
• Do not leave food in vehicles
• Host not responsible for wildlife interactions

[STARTER PACK PROVIDED]

• Bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters are normal in the mountains.
We have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all bugs
• March through August is Carpenter Bee season. You may see dozens of them boring into the side of the cabin. Don't panic, you're staying in a log cabin in the woods after all!

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
• Must be signed after booking
• Failure to sign cancels reservation

[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]
• 50% due at booking
• Remaining balance due 35 days before arrival

[DAMAGE DEPOSIT HOLD]
• $500.00 hold placed 2 days before check-in
• Released 2 days after checkout
• Failed holds must be resolved within 1 day

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
• Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
• All refunds will be subject to a 6% processing fee

[NOTE]
• Our water filtration system runs a daily regeneration cycle at 5:45 AM. During this time, you may notice low water pressure for about 45 minutes. The system is located downstairs in the utility room and can be quite loud—it may sound like a burst pipe. We run this cycle early in the morning to avoid disrupting water use during the day.
