My ONLY complaint is the view during the summer off the back porch could be better. Maybe thin the trees out just a tad…. I will definitely stay here again with an improved view or not. Great location! I’m very familiar with that area… great backroad access into busy PF, and into Sevierville…. Wears Valley also

Very nice!

Both the cabin and location was great. Less than 3 miles from outlets, restaurants, activities and Wal-Mart! Very clean and all instructions were very good. My group had a very good stay.

Family short vacation

We loved your cabin, we enjoyed the hot tub every night after a long day. The boys enjoyed the pool table the most. We will be booking again.

The cabin was beautiful and a great location. The upstairs mattress definitely needs replaced. Overall we had a good time.

Weekend getaway

Loved the cabin overall, very cute, cozy, and comfortable! The only drawback, and by no fault of the cabin, was several rather loud cars at night revving engines and squeeling tires. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the otherwise quiet, peaceful getaway

Very nice cabin

Cabin was nice and clean. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Wish it was higher up on a mountain so we could of seen better Mountain View’s. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Cabin was lovely but water smelled strongly of sulfur. Everything else was great. No where to hang clothes upstairs, but we had a great time!

Excellent last minute booking!

We transferred to my daughters name at check in. This was her honeymoon. She had checked into a cabin nearby and rats came out of the wall. She fled to a hotel and I found your rental. It was perfect, everyone went above and beyond for them and got them in immediately the next morning! Thanks for !

Not terrible

Bad smell coming from the sink drain, spa smelled funny and seemed dirty. A couple cobwebs and dead bugs found in the house. Not a lot of extras that some cabins have like games etc. Cute cabin though. Cozy. Pool table in upstairs lounge like lift was neat. Overall it was a nice place, just needs a little more tlc from the management company

Great Place, Great Overall Stay

Check in was smooth, property management was fantastic. Cabin is 10-15 mins from everything in Pigeon Forge, just 30 mins to Gatlinburg. The cabin had everything we needed other than a measuring cup, but we made do. We loved the cabin, we liked how close it was, but next time we might find a place a little further out due to the noise of the cars. Was a great overall stay, but as other reviews stated we had these minor thoughts: We had to get rid of cigarette butts in a bucket on the deck, View was as stated. but there is a very busy street below, we heard cars coming and going all night and in the mornings. Wasn't awful, but wish we'd been a little further away from that. Water from the sink and shower when used the first time does make the whole cabin smell like rotten eggs, however, the we used the water, the less the whole cabin smelled, it was usually just in the bathroom that smelled.

Nice cabin

Pros: close to the strip, nice porches, comfortable (downstairs) bed, nice bathrooms, large hot tub, reasonable price. Cons: road noise is loud , upstairs bed needs either a new mattress or box spring, WiFi password isn’t correct in welcome book, fireplace didn’t work, higher surfaces are extremely dusty.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay, check in was a little frustrating. This cabin is located ten minutes from every thing! It was so convenient to just go back and relax for a little while before hitting the town again. We will use this property again in the future!

Great Stay

Great cabin

This cabin was perfect for me and the hubby. Wasn’t to hard find. Cabin was clean and well kept. The last cabin I stayed in had some bug issues but I never saw a bug inside this cabin. Would stay here again.

Honey Bear Cabin

The cabin was in a great location. Didn’t take long to learn our way around town. Plenty of restaurants close by along with being able to get groceries to cook some meals at the cabin. Restaurants are a little on the pricey side. Cabin was clean and beds were comfortable. Hot tub was relaxing. Didn’t really have a view because the trees were grown up. It was a great experience and will stay again in the future. There’s a lot to see. 😊

Nice place

Had to call when we got to the property due to the Hot Tub not working, Had to get rid of buckets full of cigarettes on the deck, for someone who doesn't smoke that was kind of gross. Wooded view as stated is kind of a stretch, there are some trees but your view is the street behind you and the cabin next door. It is a location just minute's away from everything, overall had a great time .

Horrible experience, renter beware.

- Upstairs mattress was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever touched. It is like sleeping on a board. My 2 kids had to sleep with me and my wife in the downstairs bed for the whole trip. I thought they were over thinking it and tried it myself one night and agree wirh them and moved back downstairs - countertops were not clean when we arrived at the cabin. - water from the sink and shower smells like rotten eggs. When we showered the whole cabin would smell like eggs and when we brushed our teeth also. My kids were petrified with the smell. - power went out at 9pm one night and we had to sleep with no AC. Not sure if it was for the area or just the cabin but made an unfortunate night - no large pots to cook a meal in and only small skillets - view from the back deck isn’t as nice as the pictures show because the trees are more grown and can’t see through leaves - none of the pole sticks had tips on them Warning, if you do dare rent this cabin make sure you call the management company to report any issues when you get there. I reported after and they told me it ther policy for me to report issues while there. Seems like they want me to do there job instead of them checking before a guest gets there.

management company has no compassion

The cabin itself was nice. Location was close to everything. Our fireplace did not work. They sent someone out and said they needed to send an actual repairman, they never did. The pool table is nice but very hard to play based on location. Constantly bumping into walls or furniture if you want to play an actual game. The reason for the 1 star is we tried to reschedule our trip do to the COVID-19 outbreak. They would NOT let us. Timber tops and amazing view cabins said had to come or we would lose our money. Amid unprecedented times, things closing left and right and the President telling people not the travel, this company had no regard for this. My family very rarely gets to take a family vacation and I could not afford to lose our money. Disney World, airlines and every other vacation entity is not only offering rescheduling they are offering refunds. All I wanted was to reschedule to a time when my family could enjoy themselves. We left early because most of the town was shut down and travel restrictions were getting tighter.

Great cabin

Great cabin. Water is really sulphurous, so being your own to drink. We didn't use the shower or tub because of the water smell, but it was a great location, the hot tub was incredible, and the mattresses are really comfortable.
