My family and I stayed at Tanya’s Cabin in Sevierville TN this past weekend, and as an annual visitor… this host was rated number one out of all of our stays! Tanya personally checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay and responded immediately to every message. The cabin was well prepared with all the necessities. You can tell this hostess really cares about her guest. The cabin put safety first, with a code on the pool door… baby gates for the stairs, well stocked kitchen and so much more. Tanya also created the perfect memories with all the special features within the cabin such as adult living room, kids living room stocked w games, video games, nerf guns and so much more. We cannot recommend Tanya’s cabin enough!

This is the best owner communication I’ve ever had, the cabin is great for the kids and I never heard “I’m bored” so that was worth it alone lol. The only complaint we had was some road noise from the adjacent road, however that same road allowed us to go the back way everyplace we wanted to go and was an amazing time savings, so was worth the trade off. Highly recommend

Thank you for the stay. Here are a few of the issues we found...Finding home was not easy, could use better signage in the neighborhood.Listing does not mention how close you are to the road and how much traffic noise you hear. We came do for peace and quiet, but the road was always busy and loud.Floors were really dirty. Black stuff washed off feet in shower. Clearly not getting mopped! Hot tub is for 2 people only, that is not what were were thinking it would be for 5 people on the trip. Should mention it is only a two person unit in listing. I didn't see anything about that until we got our welcome pack email. House is nice but you could ditch the small high-top table in living area and replace with a love seat for more seating options. 5 people could not sit comfortably in the living area to watch TV. Checkout was smooth and did not require a lot of things to do on our end. Overall the stay was good, we loved how close it was to all the fun things to do.

We do this 1-2 times a year and this was one of the ones to keep on our list for future visits. Perfect set up for 2nd grade all the way to 8th grade kids, pets and location is the best for pigeon forge seveirville and Dollywood.

Wonderful stay at comfy home!

Stayed for 5 days end of July with family of 5. My 2 kids are autistic and have a hard time staying places but my daughter who is more severe was putting out bags back when we were leaving as she loved it so much. Host was amazing and super responsive. We felt so at home. Hot tub is wonderful. Air hockey table was a hit. Plenty of things to do right at the property. Washer and dryer was a life saver. Check in and check out was a breeze. No complaints with the house what so ever! Cons were at night this giant spot light from the ring camera came on and doesnt go off. Makes it hard to sit on the front porch after dark as its very bright. It is also very very loud. Highway is directly next to the house. All night we heard sirens and banging from tractor trailers. Host does provide white noise machines which helps. Lastly we were there for 5 days and the garbage was never taken from the dumpsters and was overflowing all over the ground. The smell was horrible taking the garbage to the dumpsters. Again not the host fault and nothing to do with the property itself. All in all we had a wonderful wonderful stay!

We really loved everything about this house and feel like it was exactly what we were expecting! My only criticism is that it didn’t seem very clean and by the time we went to bed the first night everyone’s feet were black from the floors. Looked clean but obviously needs a good, thorough mopping which is a criticism of the cleaning company not the homeowner!

Great getaway!

This was a perfect family spot! Enough room for everyone and areas we could all hang out in. Also easy to walk around the complex too. Loved the pool inside!! Would highly recommend! Tanya was great to work with :)

Fantastic mountain escape

This cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 6! It was completely furnished with amenities for each kid and was in a great location. Less than 10 minutes from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. This cabin was exactly as advertised and the communication with the owner was great. Will stay here again!
