Both sides of this duplex have ductless mini-split heating and cooling. There is no central heating.

Cancellation policy: Eligible cancellations at least 30 days before arrival receive a 96% refund. No refund is available within 30 days of arrival. The 48-hour free-cancellation grace period applies when arrival is at least 72 hours away at booking.
