Getaway Trip

We loved playing pool everyday! We enjoyed the hot tub at night. The beds were so very comfortable! Close enough to enjoy the attractions yet far enough so the hustle and bustle didn’t bother us at all.

Memorial Day Weekend Family Trip

This cabin is in a great location. Easy access to everything but set away from all the commotion. The cabin is beautiful and has everything we would have needed. The hot tub was AMAZING! And the cover was easy for one person to take on and off. We look forward to staying here again. And the local attraction tickets were a very nice perk for sure.

Easter weekend 3 day stay

The is in a great location close to the parkway but far enough away. Only 1 cabin in view. Nicely decorated. Great road in no problems. Coupons are really great and should be used!

Long weekend away with my boyfriend. Cabin was cute and cozy. Location was AWESOME for sunsets. The free attractions were a great addition to our stay. Must try this top notch burger joint 'Cookie Dough Monster'. Definitely a hidden gem! And only 8 minutes from location.

Cabin needs some TLC

Pulling up to the property the tree branches were against my Tahoe, I couldn't get out. The steps going up to the cabin were loose and creaking. The bedroom carpet had black stuff all over it, going upstairs, the lenolium was all scratched and tore up. The bathroom sink downstairs had no trap, the shower didnt have much pressure. The couch sunk in the middle. We did love the recliners but they were scuffed from rubbing the wall. The back door had paint peeling off, looks like from changing door knobs... The front porch the boards looked twisted and some were loose, we didn"t feel safe going out on it. There was only 1 light bulb in the bedroom and the bed was so creeky. The area was nice but the road getting there was too steep and windy. I also didnt sign up for the protection plan and got charged for it AND a 95.00 fee from VRBO IS WRONG!!!@ ILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN.

Nice, secluded, cabin with a nice view. The cabin was perfect size for our family of three. Modern enough so you don't miss wifi and TV when you want it but still very much has that log cabin feel. Not a far drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg but far enough away that you can enjoy the sounds of nature and quiet of the mountains. We even saw some wild turkeys during our stay!

Highlight of the trip

This cabin was the highlight of our trip. We’re a family of 5 with kids of all ages and there was something at the cabin for everyone. We loved the pool table, PacMan & the hot tub. The hot tub water had clearly been changed before we arrived and was crystal clear. The location is fantastic. Close to all the local attractions, but up in the mountains just enough to feel secluded. We called maintenance about a few light bulbs that weren’t working and they were quick to respond & assist and very friendly. We recommend!

Secluded and very comfy

It had everything we needed and much more. The kitchen was well stocked! We all enjoyed the pool table and the deck/view was very nice. The weather also was wonderful during our stay so that made it that much nicer.

Family Vacation

This property was beautiful, secluded, peaceful and relaxing! We were looking for a property that would take on the feel of a secluded mountain getaway and we found it in this property. We even watched a bear walk up the street from the balcony. I highly recommend this property!

Quiet and Tucked Away!!!

Very nice for the price!!! My wife loved the outside porch with wooden bench swing overlooking the mountains in the distance!!! Pretty clean. Good TV service. Wifi was good. Loved the Pac-Man arcade game.

Great Vacation

We had one of the best vacations ever staying at Serendipity! We were looking for some R & R and definitely found it. We spent each day doing what we wanted with no set schedule. Great food and dinner shows along with the privacy we needed to relax when the day was over. Perfect vacation cabin that will be our first choice for future visits.

Great Family Getaway!

We stayed here with our 3 yr old and 5 yr old, and we had a great time! The hot tub was a great way to unwind and relax at the end of the day. The location is not far AT ALL from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We loved the area, and going to some shops in Seiverville, and this beautiful small waterfall place right down the road. The cabin was clean, had comfortable bedspace for us and our kids, and we grilled out one of the evenings using the charcoal grill. Recommend this cabin for a couple or small family!

Serendipity by bear tracks is Awesome

Great cabin for a two person getaway or with the kids. The location was easy access to everything we wanted to do for our 7 day stay. We would recommend this cabin for your next mountain trip.

Excellent Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Serendipity. It has an excellent location that is a short drive to Pigeon Forge. It is also close to some easy hikes like Elmont and the Walker Sisters Cabin. Rain? No problem. There's the hot tub, pool table, arcade, or just sitting on the back porch reading. The canin was well supplied with soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, etc. We did not need to buy anything. Also after the hot tub, enjoy a rinse off in the indoor jetted tub.

Very Peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay. It was so peaceful. Everything was nice and clean. It was good to have a pool table. We will definitely consider renting again on our next trip there.
