We were very disappointed. The manager was responsive to our request for hot tub maintenance, but because of turn around time, we were two days without any hot tub, and then there were issues. The hot tub was drawing from well water that contained a huge amount of sediment, so even when cleaners came to replace the water and clean the tub, the water was again brown with sediment. We had rented the cabin specifically to be able to enjoy a hot tub during our stay, and we're assured that it was in good repair. The jets did not work at all. The pillows were terrible, and the bed was not comfortable. The cabin was very clean, and there was complimentary coffee, but no sugar or creamer. Overall, the cabin felt very impersonal, and like a hotel rather than a homey environment.

This was a great little getaway! We enjoyed how quiet and private the location was. It is nestled away enough yet close enough to everything you may need or want to visit. The host was easy to communicate with and very prompt on replying back when needed. The highlight was being able to bring our small fur baby for just an extra bit of a fee. One minor issue we had was the toilets did not flush well and the plunger they provided was broken so we did have to go out to purchase one. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back!

Very clean. Loved the location out away from everything but nature, but very close to anything we needed. The shower head was great. The owner texted me a few times to see if all was good, and it was all good. Will stay again. Our dog Bella loved the large yard. Plenty of yard for her to run and play.

Place was clean. We did not sleep very well, because bed was so hard. Hot tub when you turn the bubbles on brown water came out of the jets. So we never got in. Pool needs repaired. They told us on the day of check in. Would have been nice to know before the day of check in. Host is very nice. It was close to town.

Pros- There are many pro's to this adorable cabin. The aesthetic is charming. Upon entering, the cabin was clean, bright and airy. It offered us a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, several tv's and even a arcade game for entertainment. The other thing worth noting is the location is a huge Pro. Although you feel as though you are in a secluded area, you are literally minutes from pretty much everything. Cons- Sadly there is one huge con and that is the pool. I specifically searched for rentals that offered a private pool. I was notified that this pool needed resurfacing but that it was clean. This is in the listing as well. This was absolutely not true. The pool was gross. I am aware they are currrently working to fix this. After communicating my disappointment with the rental company, they did issue an apology along with a partial refund.

We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the atmosphere around us was. Everything was clean and the host was always just a message away with answers to any questions we had. We enjoyed the location it was not too far from town but quiet enough that you did not have the busy streets. The pool was wonderful and the perfect size for the family! We loved how the land around us was flat and easy to walk around. The Pac-Man machine was a big hit with my kids! We are actually looking into booking again in the future! 5-Stars for sure!

Cute, pool is nice, needs a little care.

If this property was given some TLC it would be five stars. It’s a quaint place, a little rustic, and the private outdoor pool is great. Linens and bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of towels for the pool. It’s about a 10minute drive to the tourist spots like the island, so very convenient but the property feels like you have plenty of privacy and it’s quiet. Lots of rabbits around; we also saw a doe and fawn, and a bear on check out day. The only criticism I have is it could use some upkeep.

Absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, as it felt very secluded but extremely close to everything. The pool was great. The outdoor area was great and huge compared to other rentals in the area available. We have this place marked down for our next visit for sure.

My husband and I stayed for our 31st anniversary. June 3rd - June 7th. Everything was great. Feels very secluded but just minutes from everything. Loved the huge pool and the very clean hot tub. We had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation. The host was great to work with, very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

We LOVED this house! It was just the right size for my husband, myself, and my 2 boys (15/11). Having the private pool changed everything! The home is very private and secluded, but still only minutes from all of the fun. We saw bunnies and deer (no bears thankfully). If we needed anything or had questions David was very helpful and communicated with us very quickly. We were warned there could be unwanted pests such as bumblebees or lady bugs (as it is the woods where you encounter such insects) there was even a review stating something about ants, but we had no encounters with pests of any kind. The house was very clean and comfortable. We will 100% be staying here when we come back to visit!

We enjoyed our stay here. There was one small issue with the hot tub, but I messaged the host and they resolved the issue within hours. I was very impressed with their response time. The queen bed was so comfy. We loved the pool too. We would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful cabin!

Man, where do I start?! This place was awesome! Beautiful former church. Absolutely gorgeous when you pull down the gravel drive looking at it. Just a few mins past Dollywood, but it feels really secluded, which is nice. The owner is great with information and help if you need it. This is most definitely a space we'll be coming to check out again!! Thanks for having us!!
