The Cushy Cabin is a wonderful stay for large families. There is plenty of space to gather together or to have quiet and peaceful moments to yourself. The view of the mountains was beautiful to wake up to every morning. The amenities provided were excellent. The location of the cabin is very conveniently located to the main strip in pigeon forge and Dollywood. The location is also a convenient drive to Gatlinburg. The kitchen had all one would need to make a family breakfast or dinner. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and TV. There is an additional bathroom on the main floor for everyone. This was a wonderful place to stay over the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Our host, Scott, was amazing! He communicated thoroughly prior to the trip, even offering tips on where we could plan a very special wedding proposal. The property was as advertised. We had plenty of room for our family and enjoyed the hot tub, the media room, fierce game competitions and a night by the fire pit. The views were exceptional and the location was great. Highly recommend!

This is our second time in the cabin, as always it was very cozy, and we enjoyed a lot as well as our friends. Kitchen is fully equipped and what we love the most is that each room has its individual bathroom, plus one additional full bathroom in the main floor. Everything is pretty clean and organized. The only thing this time is that the showers in the second floor had mold in some parts, like the corners. Other than that everything was amazing, the beautiful view and calm atmosphere.

The cabin was just as described. Although we were high on top of the mountain, the axis was paved and easy to get to. The cabin was spacious and open and had everything you need. We have stayed in several cabins over the decades, and this is by far one of the best! Scott was our host and I’ve never been responded to as quickly as he has. Five stars all the way, couldn’t be happier and will definitely be booking there again.

Wow this place was EXACTLY what we were looking for in a mountain cabin. Remote enough to be peaceful. Close enough to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and the National Forest to be convenient. Tons of comfortable common space to hang out with the family. The furniture is comfortable. Four master suites well suited for traveling with several adult children (but younger kids would be fine). Full bathrooms for all. Well equipped kitchen. A pool table that is set up in a space where you can ACTUALLY play pool. Also, the neighboring cabins are not all that close so when you're out on the deck you still feel like you have some relative privacy. It really was great. The theater is a nice touch although we ran out of time to use it. We DID however get the kids fully hooked on the greatest video games from the 1980s with their full size Multicade game. We would stay again and I highly recommend it to others!

Great place to have a relaxing getaway!

Scott the owner is amazing great communication right from the start. We enjoyed rocking on the porch watching the sun go down. The fire place is cozy. We also enjoyed making s'mores in the fire pit outside. We can’t wait to come back to the smoky mountains, when we do we will be booking this beautiful cabin!

Amazing

My overall impression of the Cushy Cabin was AMAZING!!!!!! As soon as you walk into the property, you feel that cabin life settling in. The combination of rustic and industrial look gave the cabin that feel of being in the mountains. And the view alone, was astonishing. The location was perfect.

Fabulous Cabin in the Smokies - Highly Recommend

Highly recommend this cabin close to the Parkway, with beautiful views from the floor to ceiling windows in large great room and large, covered deck. The kitchen was very well-equipped, with nice cookware, plenty of silverware, glasses, utensils, etc. Our group loved having 4 King, en-suite bedrooms (with nice toiletries & comfortable beds) and the movie room downstairs. Large hot tub and fire pit were great. The house is situated on a quiet street, with good space between houses. The owner is very responsive and was a pleasure to talk to. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking in this area, this location is a must. Set between pigeon forge and Gatlinburg it was ideal. The pictures are reality- the view was wonderful ♥️ the owner was extremely responsive, super polite and would hands-down recommend because cushy cabins to anyone. Look forward to another stay down the road. One of our best vacations to date!

Great location and big house. House could use a good cleaning. Vacuuming under beds, dusting and wiping down furniture would go along way. Easy communication with the owner. Enjoyed our stay and will return to the area.

Perfect getaway beautiful cabin!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the cabin! It was very nice to have all of the amenities and such a big and beautiful cabin! I strongly recommend this cabin for a fun and memorable vacation. Scott the property manager was amazing.
