Joy, the property owner was awesome and a pleasure to work with. Property was stunning. Definitely plan to stay here more in the future. So much stuff for our kiddos to do! Definitely recommend. 10 out of 10!

Cabin is beautifully decorated, clean, and comes with anything you can think of(plus some you wouldn't), Mrs. Joy provides it all!!! If there's anything you need just ask!!! She's extremely responsive and provides easy guidelines.The kids had plenty to do from the perfect temp in the hot tub to fun tabletop games, puzzles, to family board games and the views are breathtaking from any deck! Getting to the top is as expected as it's on a mountain so be prepared for windy roads and tight curves. Overall I give this place is 10/10!

Check in process was easy with code being sent to us for front door entry. Cabin and property clean and great for the three families we had staying at cabin.

The views of the cabin was breathtaking. My morning coffee with the sun rise and peaceful mountains was everything I needed. The cabin was perfect and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. When I got to the cabin we even had cookies on a plate for the kids. For families with younger kids the pool table, air hockey and all the games kept my grand sons busy when at the cabin. I would recommend this cabin too anyone wanting a beautiful view at an affordable price.

Beautiful Cabin

It was a beautiful cabin with many amenities to enjoy. The host was extremely helpful and sweet. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we wanted and needed. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone!

Our family loved the interactive games! Our kids enjoyed playing pool, air hockey, and there was even a driving race car game that the kids loved! The hot tub was so relaxing day and night. The best part is the location and spectacular Mountain Views! The three decks allowed us to enjoy the views while making a family meal, playing pool, from our bed, and from the hot tub! It felt like a home away from home! Thank you for letting us experience the best of Wears Valley in your home!

Check in was smooth and we found the cabin easy. Great location. My only improvement would be a makeup vanity in the master bedroom with mitror for women to sit at getting rrady.Views are wonderful. Nice accommodations

Spectacular View but...

The cabin has amazing views and is in a great location; and that is what you're paying for. However, the condition of the cabin, albeit clean, is.not immaculate as other reviews state. There is A LOT of wear and tear (due to the negligence of past renter) throughout the cabin along with years of naturally degradation over time. I've had rental property in the past and experience with renters that do not care for my property as I would as a homeowner. While I certainly empathize, upgrades and maintenance are needed for this price point. Staying in it also makes you uneasy that these prior damages could possibly be passed along to you as the next renter. We felt the need to also video (as the host does) to cover our end as well. Luckily, Joy felt we left her property in "exceptional condition". We had an issue arise awhile there with the door code. We got locked out of our cabin for over an hour because our door code did not work. Joy was able to remedy this and we were able to get back in. She said something about the wind affecting it. I don't know. It was to windy that day. There were extremely strong winds and a win advisory the following day that did not affect the door code. It was strange, but not we eventually got it straightened out. It was very inconvenient, however. So just beware, the wind may void your door code!

The host was very attentive and kind. The location was 30 minutes from the publix. The cabin was very clean. We love this location and can't wait to book again!

Wonderful family getaway

We were so comfortable in this cabin. There was space for everyone and we didn't want to leave! We loved the hot tub and arcade games. Hiking in the mountains was a real treat!

Great view

Property was nice and had a great view. The cleaning crew could have done better. The wood floors were sticky and needed a better cleaning. The furniture on the main floor, couches, could be updated as they were very low to the ground which made it difficult for my elderly family to get off the couch. We had a great stay otherwise. Thanks so much.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin!

The cabin is located on the top of a mountain. The view is absolutely spectacular. The sunrises and sunsets were my favorite. The cabin is very clean and beautifully decorated. It has 3 levels so be aware that there are stairs if that is an issue. It isn't too far to get to a store if needed. We went to Cade park, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg during our stay. Joy is awesome, and she is always available if there are any issues. She is also friendly and very helpful for anything you might need. I greatly appreciated the open line of communication. We had a great time there. I would recommend it for sure.

Spectacular View

Wow! This cabin was perfect for us. The view was amazing and worth the drive from Eastern NC. It was very clean and the hosts were very easy to get ahold of and were very helpful. They even gave wonderful recommendation of things to do. It is a place we most likely will visit again sometime. Thank you.

Very nice location

The cabin had incredible views and was convenient to hiking trails. The beds were comfortable and there were a lot of games for the family. My only suggestion is to provide dish towels, and replace the pots and pans. There were a lot of them, but they were pretty beaten up.

Family Reunion Trip

Perfect for our family reunion holiday trip! Each floor has bedrooms, bathrooms, balcony, and living area. Plenty of comfy couches and amazing views! The property was very clean and the beds were large and comfortable with extra pillows. The cabin felt like a secluded retreat but was close enough for groceries and Gatlinburg activities. The host kindly decorated for Christmas which was so thoughtful. Each floor has a TV which is nice when the kids all want to watch different things or need a break. I would absolutely stay here again! There wasn’t a property with a better view than this. The resort gym is a quick walk and had dumbbells, a few machines, and cardio equipment. It saved us from having to pay a drop in fee to work out.

Wonderful view!!

We have visited many times in smoky mountains and this cabin by far has the best view! The cabin was very clean and found no issues. We would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.

Family trip for National Quartet Convention

This cabin is wonderful! The view is breath taking! The cabin is exactly as listed! It is absolutely the cleanest cabin we have stayed in. The owner Joy is so easy to work with. She is quick to respond and sent a very detailed email prior to our arrival with house rules and information. The washing machine stopped working while we were there and she made the trip out with the repair man, and it was fixed within no time. We really appreciated that! We spent extra time at the cabin playing pool and the arcade games. It’s less than a 30 minute drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. It is also a short drive out to Cades Cove. The location was perfect to be away from the traffic. It is really a peaceful location. I want to say a huge “Thank You” to the owner for making our vacation perfect!

Most amazing views

We had a wonderful five days here. The preserve resort is one of our absolute favorite places to stay. We have stayed in this resort many times before. We were happy to find a cabin that was pet friendly, had the best views and everything was just as it was mentioned and pictured in photos on VRBO. Joy was great to work with and was always quick to respond if we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be staying there again.
