The pool and hot tub were nice. All the games and the theater were also nice. The bugs were not. Ladybugs were all over the place including the bed and extra bedding. There were big black ants throughout the house as well. We cut our trip short due the bugs everywhere.

2025 Vacation

We loved our stay at this cabin!! My family took full advantage of the game room and the pool. The cabin is in a very central location. The only draw back is the king bed on the main floor. The mattress sags on the left side.

Very Nice! But the ants...

The good: pool, hot tub, theatre, arcade games, deck with grill area. Overall the cabin was a pleasure to stay at. The bad: ants in master bath - (not just a few - a bunch), mattresses are not comfortable (we had to buy a 2" memory foam mattress pad in order to get any sleep), pillows smelled like old body odor, no dishwasher soap, swimming pool looked like is needed cleaning, half of the jets were not working in the hot tub, when we arrived at 4pm, maintenance workers were working on the property.

Cabin nice but big black Ants

The cabin was as pictured. The pool and hot tub were nice after the first night when the water warmed up. The kitchen and deck were both very nice and well kept. The two main negative things we had were: The downstairs shower's drain was clogged so you stood in a puddle of water while you were showering and their were big black Ants in both main bathrooms and bedrooms.

Great cabin with everything a family would need!

Our family enjoyed this cabin. The game room, theater room, pool & hot tub were wonderful additions. The cabin is close to attractions, check in and communication were easy.

Great place and awesome location!

We loved this spot and would stay again. Close to all the spots and perfect for our family. It was clean, great games, quiet area close to everything, nice pool and hot tub set up.Would recommend bringing pillows (pillows are lumpy) and coffee filters(they do not provide any).We called the day of to ensure how we would be getting check-in details which we were told would be texted to us when the place was ready. We had to call again for check-in because we never received a text and it was after 4pm. We were not able to get into the place until 4:20pm.

Perfect anniversary location

We loved our stay! The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have to ourselves, the game room and movie room were lots of fun, and everything was well stocked. We love all the natural light and being in the mountains. We cannot wait to visit again!

Tranquil Stay

We loved this cabin! We liked the layout and the size of the rooms. The cabin and the pool were all very clean. The location is close to the main parkway. The hot tub location downstairs is very private. We will return to this cabin for future stays.

The Honeymoon Spot

Listen this cabin is worth the price. Stayed here for our honeymoon in March. The private hot tub, PRIVATE INDOOR POOL made this the best trip ever. Being on paved roads in a safe community of large cabins nestled in the hills with some great mountain view. This cabin is literally 5 minutes from the main strip of pigeon forge. It made it so easy to just leave and go explore and sight see and then when we were wore out we were back in the cabins hot tub within minutes almost. Door dash also works but be proactive and communicate with your Dasher because they will get lost and deliver your things at the wrong cabin by mistake. FYI in cabin phone line at was down and cell service is limited if you don't have Verizon but WiFi and and all amenities work. (Also has washer and dryer)

Well appointed cabin, centralized location

Great first impression. Excellent location in a multi-cabin community run by a property management company. So many comforts of home balanced with elements we frequently see in Smokey Mountain Cabins. Such a great surprise to have this cabin decorated for Christmas. The downstairs area was great for family fun with a pool, hot tub, fireplace, games and a movie room for 4. The outside deck is excellent for BBQ, morning coffee and enjoying eating outside. Neighboring cabins are a bit close, but a trade off for being in a community with paved roads, fast reliable internet, and cell service. The two bedrooms with large on-suite bathrooms were convenient. The cabin was very clean however we had to give one-star on cleanliness due to an insect problem. We stayed for a week and each night before bed I had to stand on a chair or the bed in both rooms and kill 25-35 Asian Beetles that were crawling on the ceiling. I was told by the property management company that this is a known problem this time of the year. This was a first for us after ten past cabin stays in the Smokies. At my request, they did send housekeeping once attempting to fix the problem. The bugs returned the next day and every night for the week. So disappointing considering our first impression, the fantastic accommodations, and premium nightly rate we paid. Take away the bug problem and this was an incredible stay.

Weekend getaway

We just came for a quick weekend getaway. The location of the cabin was good and the accommodations were good. The only small thing I could complain about is the sliding glass door wasn't clean and there were kids' hand prints all over it.

The private pool, hot tub and game room where a hit. The location was also great! Overall I would recommend.The only negative I have is the garage door in between the pool and hot tub was broken. The pool room walls must have been being patched there was paint peeling off and they left a random paint brush on the ground. Plus the sheer amount of cobwebs it doesn’t appear anyone really cleans the pool or hot tub area. I just feel the amount you pay in cleaning fees the whole place should be cleaned. There was other parts of the house that needed a little more detail to clean. It was like they hurried to get it clean between reservations. If they fixed all that I would give it 5 stars.

Great stay!

We've always stayed in hotels before but our kids are grown and we needed more space. LOVED this house! Very clean and beautiful. Well appointed, Huge modern bathrooms. Beds were comfy and so was the living room furniture. Roomy deck with rocking chairs and an additional dining table. The location was great, sort of out of the way of most of the cabins, there are neighbors but plenty of privacy. The private pool is heated a little to take the edge off, but still refreshing, and the hot tub is perfect to relax in. We all loved the game area and the movie theater room. Only thing to think about is the driveway. Plenty of room for a couple cars, but tight to turn in and out. We just had our 5 seater SUV, so it was fine. You do want to back in because it's a steep incline on the driveway so loading and unloading is easier if you back all the way to the top. Not a deal breaker at all, but if you have a big suburban or long bed truck it'll be tough to navigate without going over the curb. Overall it's a fantastic place! Perfect to have space and quiet but just a few minutes drive to the main drag where all the action is. So nice to escape the busy streets at the end of the day! We will for sure rent it again!

Perfect Retreat

Relaxing and peaceful mountain getaway. The “cabin” was spacious and well appointed…private pool and outdoor hot tub were used throughout the stay. Game room and theater room were both top notch. Check in and check out procedures super easy and had several calls and emails from rental company making sure everything for the stay was 100%. Property is a definite must rent for small family / group.
