I loved the property. We had 3 couples and an almost 2 and 4 year old. Each person had their own space. Playground was perfect for the kids. Had everything we needed. It was a little scary riding up the mountain but was totally worth it.

Loved the location - tucked away from hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but 25-30 minutes from both. Getting to both places was all back roads and we didn't deal with a ton of traffic. House was fine. Pictures were taken a few years ago when things were newer. Playground is weathered, no mulch - but kids didn't seem to mind. Couch now has a slipcover on it. Carpet on stairs has seen better days. Some lightbulbs out. The listing advertised a "well-stocked" kitchen. It had lots of plates and new pots & pans, but lacked mixing bowls/baking dishes/storage containers. We did like the coffee maker and appreciated the grill being ready with propane! Given that the cabin is 1/2 hour from town, we planned to cook every morning and night so the lack of casserole dishes, mixing bowls and storage containers was annoying. Towels are provided, but are the smallest / thinnest towels you've ever seen. We had a snafu upon arrival in which the house wasn't clean. It sounds like an honest mistake with calendars not syncing correctly for housekeeper. Within 2 hours of arrival, the housekeeper was there and the house was spotless when she was done. Since we met the housekeeper and discussed the kitchen's needs, she came back later with more cookware for us and replaced light bulbs. Owner did a good job with fixing the cleaning issue on day 1, but it started off our trip on a sour note. Maybe the wear & tear wouldn't have bothered us if it had been a normal check-in.

Love the location after you get up the winding mountain. The linens were old and worn. No where near enough towels. Towel rack holes in wall in one bathroom. Furniture needs cleaned and all of the outdoor woods needs stained and protected. For the price of the stay, quality or condition of these items , really not acceptable. The lower level had great entertainment options. The size of cabin was great for three families but no way could accommodate 14 unless you sleep like in a college dorm. The toilet paper was worse than I had in Africa.

I believe this was once a very nice short-term vacation rental property. We selected it because of its positive reviews, size & amenities …which seemed perfect for a 7 day & our family of 10. The space was fun for the adults & kids, & the open concept kitchen/dining/fam room provided for togetherness without being cramped. Unfortunately, we experienced a several issues that made our stay less than what was expected. The house wasn’t ready for our 4pm check-in until 8pm. Then the next morning the water tank ran dry after only a few showers, and there were only 5 bath towels in the entire house. Toward the end of our stay, the master suite lost power because of a bad breaker that wouldn’t reset. Overall, the property itself isn’t being maintained and didn’t match the pictures in the VRBO listing. The playscape grounds consisted of weeds & exposed plastic vs kid-friendly ground cover; the decks & outdoor furniture were dirty, worn & stain/paint was chipping vs clean & fresh in photos. There were big piles of sawdust on the window ledges indicative of wood boring insect infestation. Broken kitchen drawer & shelf, unusable/broken sofa bed, & front door & furniture were beat up. The water tank was filled right away & the cleaning people brought us 3 more towels. The power issue wasn’t remedied. The host was less than apologetic & only offered excuses & insinuations of blame. The (tattered) written instructions that were left for us indicated check-out time as 10:00am wit

The house was amazing however the road going to house was treacherous.,I also think think it could use a little more lighting on the driveway very dark at night, but the house was beautiful and very clean. We l9ved the game room . Very spacious. All in all was very pleased .

It was perfect

We loved it !! The older kids(young adults but kids to me lol) could go to town and do things and the young kiddos could play on the play set and take naps! The house was clean and the hot tub was too! Used the fire pit and hot tub every night ! The perfect stay! Just what we were looking for!!

Fun times

We had a great time. The kids loved all the games and ping pong table. They also loved the playground. It was close to all the activities we wanted to go to. It was a beautiful cabin and extremely roomy for our large crowd.

Great property

My family and I really enjoyed this property for our stay. We had 4 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2-15. Everyone had a wonderful time. The game room was a hit with everyone. Many feelings were hurt on the ping pong table! The hot tub was nice. It is a tad on the small size for a large group but we didn’t all want to go in so it worked out. The property was very clean, comfortable, and communication with the host was quick. The road to the property is small and very windy so be aware if that’s a a concern to you.

The most perfect spot in mountains.

This was an amazing and best VRBO i have ever rented. So beautiful inside and out. The bottom floor was laid out perfectly for teens as well as small kids with their own private playground. Upstairs was so nice and spacious so so adults coule

Enjoyed our stay

This is a very good cabin for families with school aged children. Our grandkids loved the playground area and having their own bedroom full of bunk beds! The cabin has a large open layout for the kitchen and living room. The kids had a ball decorating cookies and making crafts at the big table. Bedrooms were cozy and the bathrooms were beautiful. They obviously had been updated recently. The bathroom doors, however would not lock. Probably wear and tear.Im sure the owner will have them repaired as the cabin is well taken care of.

Family Thanksgiving trip

This property work out well for our family. We travel every year at thanksgiving to pigeon forge and celebrate Christmas with our family in TN during this time. Excellent property, everything needed was provided, very clean, layout was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our vacation!

Perfect for cousin time!

This property comfortably housed my family as well as my sister’s family for an absolutely fantastic time of family togetherness. The playground out front was the best! We made fires in the fire pit and enjoyed the incredible beauty of this spot.

Family vacation

The cabin was somewhat easy to get to, the signage could have been a little better but the cabin itself was the perfect size and set up for our family. the open living space and kitchen. was great along with the gameroom and hot tub.
