Coming in Fall 2026, the Rooftop Lodge is an extraordinary new luxury retreat designed specifically for large group getaways. Perched high above the Smoky Mountains, this one-of-a-kind property offers breathtaking views, expansive gathering spaces, and resort-style amenities that make it ideal for family reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, church groups, and special celebrations.

Thoughtfully designed across multiple levels, the Rooftop Lodge blends comfort, entertainment, and unforgettable mountain scenery to create an exceptional group experience.

Main Level
Step into a spacious open-concept living area featuring a large living room, kitchen, and dining space. The commercial-grade kitchen includes three commercial refrigerators and two commercial freezers, making meal preparation easy for large groups.
The living area features an electric fireplace and opens onto a large covered porch with picnic tables, rocking chairs, a fire pit, and stunning mountain views. Also on this level is a pub-style area with a garage door entrance, vintage Coke machine, and shuffleboard table.
