The cabin was fairly nice and clean. There was no where to really put clothes away in the master bedroom, as three of the six drawers had blankets stuffed in them and the closet was full of blankets, pillows, and trash bags with bedding, I assume. Be careful with the dishwasher, as when you open the door to it, the door just flies open and downward and will take your hand off if you're not careful. The pillows on the master bed were so gross. Looked dingy and old. They were so lumpy and were hanging out of pillowcases that were too small. The sheets looked gross and dingy as well. The bed in the master is very uncomfortable as well. The pillows downstairs were not any better. The bath towels seem very old and do not look appealing or clean. The pots and pans in the kitchen were so old and disgusting. Had to go out and buy a skillet to cook in, as having a cabin to stay in makes it nice to be able to do some meals there. The fireplace in the main level was nice and provided a cozy feeling. One of the biggest turnoffs of this cabin and it doesn't have to do with the actual cabin, but rather the location, is that there is a landfill not too far and at certain times of the day and evening, the smell is absolutely disgusting and nauseating. This is probably the biggest reason that I would not stay here again. Hard to sit on the back deck while you smell rotting garbage. This cabin is close to many attractions, but being close to a landfill is a no for me next time.
