I have been using VRBO for years to book out of state trips for large family groups. Ash has superseded all expectations of quick and open/honest communication. While this quaint little cabin has its obvious renter wears and tears, our family’s stay was remarkable and the space cultivated the optimal environment for ages 2, 9, 20-35. Very CLEAN throughout. We enjoyed the welcome basket as well as the many game options. The gravel drive up the mountain wasn’t terrible for a small sedan, however our weather was sunny and dry. I imagine any precipitation might make the commute a bit challenging. Highly recommend for an affordable cabin getaway close to all attractions.

Great, clean amenities. We really appreciated that they plowed the roads when it snowed. Coffee machine was not working but we made some on the stove alright. We were all comfortable and had everything we needed.

The cabin was very clean and well stocked with needed kitchen items (pots, pans, dishes, etc). Bed linens were clean, and there was a decent supply of bath towels. The hot tub was nice during the cool nights, and our family got the most enjoyment out of the pool table. The home provided us with a comfortable place to gather and make some great memories. The only thing that we would even slightly complain about, is that the beds were not very comfortable to us. Convenient to get into town. We enjoyed our stay at this cabin!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The location was amazing, with just a short drive to Dollywood. We loved that it was more secluded and that the drive was not that bad. We spent a lot of time in the game room/ movie area. We would definitely stay there again!

Host was very nice and promptly fixed any problems that we had during our stay, none of the problems were caused by the host but were from outside influences. Cabin was cute and weol maintained. We loved going on walks up and down the hill to the cabin with the dogs every morning and enjoying the gorgeous views.

Great place for our large family! Enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning & evening. Everything was as described! We even had a bear visit us. Some people may not be excited about that but we all were!

4th of July in Sevierville/Gatlinburg/pigeon Forge

We had a great time in the cabin. The road up to it was a little rocky and narrow so drive carefully! We enjoyed the cabin and mostly ate breakfast these and snacks at night! The pans are not that great for eggs/pancakes so you may want to bring your own. We stayed up and went to the 4th of July Parade in Gatlinburg at 12:01 am We visited Ripley’s Aquarium, Anakeesta, Titanic, Forbidden Cavern and the Island in Pigeon Forge and watched fireworks over the town! We tubed the Little Pigeon River at Wild Bear Tubing- which we highly recommend!!! Got to see one bear in the road in our drive back from the pool area. The cabin has great views and enough space for the 7 of us ranging from 15 to 78 yrs short drives to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for shopping and also did a little wine tasting and bringing home about of case of local wines and cider! Recommend staying here for families!

Great views, spacious, clean. The cabin is by itself, other cabins above and below but far enough to be isolated. Very few cars pass so it quiet and peacefully. Sat on the upper balcony drinking coffee and watched a small thunderstorm miles away in the valley, doesn't get better that this!

The stay was good it was just a lot of stink bugs yes I know that it’s a cabin but I have been at cabins before that did not have stink bugs but other than that the cabin was a reallll nice stay just need a better solution to get rid of the stink bugs

Family vacation a little dirty

Had a great family vacation time in the mountains and Dollywood. Enjoyed the cabin and the location was good however it appeared the bedding in the cabin wasn’t cleaned before arrival.

Beautiful Scene

Everything about this cabin felt like home. Everything was clean, We had enough space for our quiet times, or the guys playing a game of pool, relaxing in the hot tub, then gathering around the table for a shared family meal! We would difinitely recommend this cabin and host! Ash was a great host! Thank you for such a wonderful place

Nice cabin

Overall was a nice place. Some fixtures and rooms are a bit old/outdated. They warn you of bugs, but with the cold weather that was there during our stay, it was a constant for beatles and such we had to take care of. The location and view is amazing, but it really is up a mountain road that almost requires a 4 wheel drive vehicle. Overall, a really nice cabin.

Cabin is awesomely equipped with everything you need to enjoy your Mountain vacation. Great layout and amazing views. Owner booked us day of and was quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back. also its a 3 minutes down the mountian to dollywood

Perfect cabin!

Beautiful cabin in the mountains close to Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Our family of 7 spent the week there and it was perfect in every way! Definitely recommend!!

Family vacation to Dollywood

Accomodations were perfect for our 3 generations and the short distance to Dollywood worked out really well. We enjoyed the hot tub, resort pool, movie room and awesome views. Beautiful cabin

We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the movie room set up. My only concern was the thick loose gravel road leading up to the cabin. The sign in the neighborhood said "4x4 only", and we were not in a 4 wheel drive vehicle. We made it fine, but if it would have rained during the trip, it probably would have been rough. Beyond that, it's a gorgeous cabin, plenty of room, very clean and more than enough supplies and amenities in the cabin. Thank you for sharing your home with us :-)

Two Family Spring Break

We had a great stay for two families (kids aged 4-10) over spring break. The house was very clean and beds were very comfortable. The views and the hot tub are amazing. There is a steep gravel drive to the house, but we were given very detailed instructions how to navigate. The location is perfect. It’s so close to Dollywood and far enough from the extreme traffic of Gatlnburg. Owner was very quick with responses.
