Beautiful place!

We stayed with 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The decks and outdoor seating were perfect and comfortable for our group. The kids had a great time in the pool and everything was clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Great Property For Families

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. Our kids loved the play area outside, the pool, the hot tub, the theater room, and the game area upstairs. The space was well thought out and had spaces for play as well as relaxation - a little something for everyone. We made use of all amenities while also exploring locally. GSMNP is only a 30ish minute drive away and provided beautiful views and hiking trails. There was also an abundance of tourist attractions (rides, mini golf, dinner shows…etc) if that’s more your style. This house was close enough to it all while still feeling remote. The only reason I didn’t give this house 5 stars didn’t have to do with the house at all. The house was perfect. I just suggest that guests looking to book a stay at the property are made aware of the ongoing construction occurring all around the house. Construction sounds were our alarm clock well before 7am and lasted until 5. We completely understand that this is unavoidable as so much of the area is being built up, but a heads up would have been great. Still would recommend this house though and would definitely visit again.

Perfect Vacation

We had an amazing time! The property had everything we needed. Very clean and bright. We enjoyed the pool, playground, upstairs game room, theater room, and hot tub! So many amenities. The weather was perfect. We enjoyed being close to Piegon Forge but also having plenty of privacy. Would highly recommend!!!

Great Stay!

This mountain home was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed every aspect of the home and would definitely stay again. The theater room was our favorite and we enjoyed movie nights every night we stayed. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the linens felt very high quality. There are enough activities in the home to keep everyone busy for days! The pool and hot tub were a treat for the kids and adults. Overall, we had an amazing few days of relaxation. Highly recommend this home.

Smoky mountain retreat!

We had a blast at this cabin! When I had questions or concerns Karen would get back to me right away. We loved the cabin! It felt like our own mini resort! You won’t want to miss this property for your next family vacation!

Family Spring Break

We wanted to go someplace fun for spring break that was not too far of a drive from Ohio. We decided on a trip to the Smokies. The house was amazing. Our kids (age 10&12) would describe it as “Epic”. It was not as described because it was even better. Super cozy and comfy. Pool and theater room were the highlights of our stay. DoorDash and Instacart deliver which made it super convenient. Would definitely recommend and would stay again! Karen was super communicative.

Great Stay

Property was very nice and clean with plenty of activities for everyone. Checkout instructions were much easier than other short term rentals we've stayed at and it made it alot less stressful with 3 kids. Thanks again!

The perfect cabin

We usualy stay at the cabins in the area 4 to 6 tines a year, this was bay far the best cabin we have ever stayed at. Has everything you could need for a eonderful vacation. The owner was so great and communicated excellent with us. You can order almost any food from this cabin with doordash. The only thing i would be aware of is we did see a bear, the issue with this is the playground is partially fenced in. The way yhe bear came down was off the road and to the fire pit if we would have been in the playground we would have been trapped in the playground with a bear. We wasnt because we had just went inside about 30 minutes before the bear came. But other than that it was great. The theater room, the heated indoor pool, hot tub, playgroud, the beds were comfortable, just everything was top notch. I wpuld highly recommended this cabin to anyone.

LOVED it!

Our stay was amazing! Communication with manager was easy and very very helpful! Cabin was even better than expected. Lots of room, great views, loved the theater room, pool and the porches! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10!!

BEAUTIFUL CABIN

THIS CABIN DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE COMING TO PIGEON FORGE AREA!!! EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY HOW PICTURED BUT BETTER. WE WILL DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN FOR FUTURE STAYS!!

Eventful

Property was new, it shows, we had some minor issues with a plumbing leak, broken dehumidifier and some food left behind inside and out that drew ants but the property manager quickly ratified the issues left that I didn’t get to. That’s on the cleaners and not the manager as far as I’m concerned. Now for those that have VRBO’d prior. There’s no book in the property with instructions of what to do prior to departure such as “start first load of linen wash. Run dishwasher. Increase A/C temp 2 degrees etc” so we did do that as it’s usually a standard. The book also typically tells you the Wi-Fi password info, good places to eat and attractions with the distance to the location. Also the “3 bedroom” is actually 2 bedrooms and the bunks in the community game room. Kitchen is FULLY stocked and it’s small so don’t bring a bunch of groceries at once. There’s not any cupboard room for them. A major plus for me though was child friendly cups and plates. I’ve never had that small detail before and it was awesome. Trust me I’ve had to replace glass dishes at other properties prior to departing. Not this one! Phone service is pretty non existent, that turned out to be a benefit for us. Download FB messenger. Over all it’s a great location to everything, it’s beautiful and the manager is nice/very responsive. It worked well for us and I’d rent it again without a second thought. I’m a travel Nurse so I rent all the time! We loved the property and management. Over all it ran fairly smooth❤️
