We loved this home! So much thought has gone into it to make it enjoyable for everyone! It was almost a resort in itself that we hated to leave! From the sunrises, sunsets, and the bears, it was enjoyed by all! Hopefully we can return soon to this beautiful home in a great area!

We’ve been coming to the Smokies as a family annually for over 20 years. Our family has grown and we had 12 adults and 5 grandkids all under 4 years of age this year. This by far was our favorite place we have stayed. It has it all. Stunning views, incredible house with plenty of options:plenty of seating to enjoy a meal together, swimming, playing games, having a firepit night together or late night golf simulator play when the kids were down for the night. The pool and golf simulator were absolutely amazing and worth the price of staying here alone. My wife is in a wheel chair and this house was perfect for her to access everything with the use of the elevator and ramps. Plenty of room to maneuver. We stayed 5 night and only left the property twice and that is not normal. We had no reason to leave. We made so many great memories together that will last a lifetime. It you are on the fence of paying so much for a stay, trust me in saying you will not be disappointed and will be glad you paid a bit more. Worth every penny.

The cabin was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. Our grandchildren loved the game rooms, outdoor play area, and pool. There was more than enough room for everyone to not feel crowded. The views were unbelievable: sunrises, sunsets, a supermoon, 2 rainbows, and a bear passing through. We would love to stay here again one day!

This property exceeded expectations. It was exactly (and more) than what the listing detailed. The best part was communication with the property manager from the initial booking to the week of our stay. When an issue came up, it was handled immediately. We had a group of 12 for a family reunion and vacation. We mainly stayed at the property and enjoyed all the amenities it had to offer. Having the pool house was an extra bonus! This property is definitely a cut above the rest.

Super clean. Well laid out. Well equipped. 20 people and 4 generations had plenty of space. Loved the indoor pool. Best vrbo rental we have rented.Town is nice and quiet and just a short drive to Pidgeon Forge. I have to admit the beds were firner than we like. But. Thats typical of rentals. Ciastal Vibe wax great to deal with and management of the property.

This property was fantastic! So perfect for our family and had every bell and whistle you could think of (although I would suggest they add boxes of tissues in the bathrooms). We had a wonderful trip and were sorry to leave so soon.

Amazing Home

Our stay at was amazing. Between the pool and the golf simulator, everyone was always busy. The oven did not work while we were there but communication with Mountain Vibes was great and they tried to remedy the situation as best as they could.

Beautiful Getaway!

We had a large group with a vast of ages from toddler to 50s. This place was absolutely perfect with the most lovely views! There qas enough space for everyone to have their own space, but join up for meals/pool time. The outdoor pool was amazing when it was nice and the indoor pool was incredible during the rain. The kids loved the waterfall! My only "want" which isn't even a big deal, might bw to have a step option to get back up vs just the long ramp. (Again, not a deal breaker whatsoever) Management was very responsive and checked in frequently. Everything was very clean and exactly as explained. We loved this space and getting to visit the mountains! Highly recommend.

We Loved it!

This place was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 5 kids ages 8-13. Everyone had their own space. The kids had enough activities and places to separate if needed. We all enjoyed it. The view is beautiful. Be sure to lock your cars the bears love to look inside.

Amazing mountain house!

We had 5 families (23 people total) stay at this house and we never felt crowded! The house is amazing with so many amenities and things to do. The only slight downfall is the steep mountain roads getting there, but you forget all about it when you get to the house and see the beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Something for all ages!

We had a great stay! House was very clean, lots of dishes in the kitchen and beds were very comfortable. My husband and brother in law loved the golf simulator, it was a hit! The kids loved the pools and the movie theater. There was something for everyone! My dad has mobility issues and this house worked extremely well for him.House had a lot of supplies and space to keep enough food and drink for a large group. Management company was quick to respond to any question which is a huge plus for me. We would choose to stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect for our family of 10 ranging from 2 years to 65 years. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spent hours in it. In fact, it was such a great design that our timid 5 year old became a fish by the end of our stay. The 2 year old loved jumping in, too. The home was spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. The room with the nursery was a blessing and a unique feature for most VRBO's. Whenever we had an issue, the hosts responded within an hour or less. We did come home to a black bear visiting. It had opened one of the car doors of our kids' car and decided it needed a minty toothpick. Be sure to remove ALL food and smelly things from your car and lock your doors. :) Would definitely come back to this home if we have a future need.

Absolutely Perfect!

Bluff Mountain Splash is nothing short of Amazing. We took our whole family age range from 1 to 59! We barely left the house as there was something for everyone to do. The view was unbelievable! The house was spotless and absolutely amazing. We had a minor glitch with the pool but it was addressed and taken care of immediately. We spent countless hours outside in the yard and using the pools and hot tub. The kids loved the theater room as well! We had black bears visit us and we got to watch them play in the yard. Yes, scary but truely an incredible experiance for all of us. We are already taking about coming back next year!
