Was there for a wedding at The Trillium. This was perfect as it was super easy to access - no complicated narrow roads. Also only 3 miles further up the mountain to the venue. Inside wasvery clean. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfy. Only downfall is there wasn’t much grass to walk our dog to do her “business” but we made it work.

The rooms were very nice and spacious, The internet was somewhat okay. It had a broken few items but overall it was a nice place to stay. Would be much better if it had a hot tub

The place was very nice. We had an issue with a tv in one of the bedrooms, the cord did not reach the outlet, we had to buy an extension cord and the shower curtains we felt needed replaced. Otherwise the place was very spacious and accommodating.

Spacious house

The bedrooms were huge and the beds were comfortable! We were staying with friends so having our own bathroom was nice! The kitchen and living room are open and expand the width of the house so we had plenty of hang out space.

Family vacation

Not disappointed

I am never a person that likes to write a review. I’m only writing this one because I believe this cabin has a tremendous amount of potential if it were only cared for better. Let me start by saying the furniture desperately needs to be replaced and someone that actually cooks needs to look at the pots and pans. I do think the size of the cabin was a plus if you were looking for a place that will accommodate a large family. This cabin will do. The crap about vacassa only giving you one towel per person is a bad policy. Don’t they know ladies always want to towels. We had to ask for towels two times. We only received them the second time because we had a water leak in the bathroom and didn’t have enough towels to clean it up. we also had issues with water pressure the entire week. They were prompt on getting it fixed however, it was really never corrected. The floors in the cabin, were also very dirty, and there was mold on the shower curtains.

Quiet HUMONGOUS house

We had 11 stay at this property for a week. It was very spacious and inviting. Bring your own spices, but there was plenty of cookware. The blender didn't work, but we left a note. The pool was the big hit with the kids. Beds were very comfortable. There's a loud alarm on the pool room door so for little kids that's nice. There is a large beautiful creek at the bottom of the property, but the way down to it is treacherous and would be amazing if they would develop that and clear a path and make an outdoor seating area and a hot tub wouldn't be a bad idea either. But other than those things, we would definitely return, we really enjoyed the scenery and the space to spread out!

Great week!

We had a great week in this house. Our family of 6 and our dog were all very happy. Lots of nice walks in the little area, with some great spots for nice mountain pictures. The beds are very comfortable! The kids loved the pool! We saw a few bears hiding behind trees right outside the back porch. We would recommend your family staying here… for reference our kids ages are 5-11.

Great weekend at the cabin!

My group and I had a great time at this cabin in Sevierville. The property was very clean and had simple check-in and check-out procedures. The property managers communicated well and left clear rules for taking care of the property. The cabin was extremely spacious and accommodated our group well. I would highly recommend this property for groups looking to get away for a while.

Great house extended for family

We stayed for five days. Indoor pool, pool table and in-house theatre makes house ideal for keeping kids entertained. Entry level bedrooms work well for seniors.

Friends Giving

Our over all experience was one of connecting friends and family in a natural and wilderness setting that has taking us to new expression of ourselves with the serene and tranquil setting that open our minds and provide oneness in as we united collectively. Perfect Mountain Cabin For Large Family

Located close to everything! Every activity we chose was about 15-30 minutes from the cabin. With so much to look at, even the 30 minute drive was no problem. Loved that each family member had their own bedroom with en suite bathroom. The extra half bath on bottom floor was perfectly located near the places we spent the most time: indoor pool room, laundry room, game room and theater room for our nightly entertainment with movies and Roku access. Large kitchen for us to prepare meals and dine together as a family, perfect to keep us comfy and connected. Kitchen also served as the hub before trips out and tv watching and allowed for beautiful views with large windows. The porches where great we all loved the main floor off the kitchen to sip coffee and listen to nature. The parking area was spacious for three suv/vans. Super easy check in process was welcomed after a very long drive from home. Only a few issues with lights going off in one bathroom and one lamp in living room was broken. **The grill was very very dirty with grease and we don’t recommend anyone use it until it’s thoroughly clean. It is indeed a fire hazard.We only mention this detail for the safety of other guests and the homeowner.** Everything else was so perfect! We would definitely stay again!!

Great cabin but not well insulated for very cold temperatures

The cabin itself was beautiful and the total package. We were disappointed the first night we were there that the pool was unable to be heated due to the cold temperatures but understood. It was definitely more disappointing that we were unable to use the downstairs at all (this is where the pool, pool table, games, and movie room are) because the heat went out for the cabin and the temperature was in the 40’s down there. They did bring us three space heaters and the fireplace worked, so we were able to get the temp to the low 60’s on the main floor and the high 50’s on the 2nd floor but it didn’t help the basement very much. They also had someone come out and look at the heating unit that night but I’m not sure what they determined because we didn’t see them since we were at a conference session when he/she came. We thought the unit might have froze since it was in the basement. The temperature was obviously not in their control and they tried to help. It is still a great cabin, that would be perfect to stay at, just maybe not when temperature is in the single digits. They did also offer to let us stay another time within 30 days due to the forecast but our conference is only once a year so we were unable to do that.

Overall acceptable. But the house itself, while clearly new, lacked a lot of expected amenities, especially at this price point. For example, one bedroom on first level had no usable closet and just a rolling rack in the corner to hang clothes with only two small drawers in one of the bedside tables. No bathroom had any hooks to hang a robe or clothes to put on after a shower - the floor was the only option. The living room had one central coffee table that could not be reached from either sofa and only one plant stand size table between two of the chairs. No side tables or lamps at all with overhead lighting the only option - not ideal for reflections on the TV. Another bedroom had no drawers at all to store clothing that could not go on hangers. Most shower curtains had some mold, and the white intake for the AC system (at least 10 feet up on the dining area wall) was black with dirt, leaving us to wonder when the filter itself had last been changed. The surroundings were beautiful and the location was excellent, but we would not rent this particular house again.

Family Vacation

For the most part everything about this cabin is wonderful ! There are a few things that the Kitchen could use … like a cutting board and Sharp Knives … also the Stove could use a good cleaning and the wall above the back needs cleaning from splatters … but we would definitely stay here again … Our Family Had Great Time !! Friends Vacation

We are a group of childhood friends who go on an annual vacation. The cabin was perfect for us. We each had our own room and bathroom and the common areas were perfect for spending time together. We loved the back porch! Also, one of the easiest check in, check out processes I’ve ever had Great experience in every way.

Wonderful home and customer service

The property was perfectly maintained and very spacious. The pool stopped heating halfway through but the team was incredibly responsive, especially for a Friday evening, and also reimbursed us for heating for the entire week. The hosts also provided a pack n play and baby gate and the pool had a separate code to keep the kids out without an adult. While the house is only about 15 minutes from the main strip of pigeon forge, it is slightly off the beaten path and there is limited cell service in the surrounding area (although wifi and cell service in the house are great). It is nice and private though and you can sit on the porch without seeing anyone. Overall great for our family.

Planned For People But...

We rented the cabin expecting others to join us but they couldn't make it. So we only used 2 of the 6 bedrooms but had a blast anyway. Great living and play areas. Enjoyed the pool and playing pool. Televisions everywhere made for added convenience. Quiet area even with some construction going on. Convenient to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Would recommend for large groups. We enjoyed our time highly.

Great Cabin

We had a wonderful stay. Very spacious. Very peaceful area. Love this area. Cabin very clean. The only problem we had was one of the burners on the stove did not work. Will definitely come back.
