The brand-new deck, with breathtaking views, is perfect for family gatherings, weddings, and events of up to 45 people (including children).

WEDDINGS and EVENTS allowed
DIY Event fee: $2,100 which includes 45 chairs, 5 tables, an arch, and use of the property for a single-day event.
Maximum event guest count: 45 (including kids and vendors). Vendors must be licensed and insured.

*Event insurance required through 3rd party (Cover My Events), $275 to $350. We will need proof of insurance prior to check in, with owner listed as additional insured. Event Policy must have a $2M liability with $2M aggregate, including liquor insurance.

**Pet cleaning fee $565 for up to 2 pets.

Guest access
We will provide the door code to unlock the home, the day before your check-in. You have rented the whole house to enjoy. We have locked closets that are necessary. If there is any concern, please reach out to our team DURING YOUR STAY! Along with privilege comes responsibility, this just means please let us know if something gets broken or needs repaired. We want to keep the cabin in great condition for you and the next guests as well!

Other things to note
The Cabin is on a residential area but with few homes close-by.
Car needed for transportation in the area. Uber is available.

*Early check ins cannot be guaranteed, and are only an option providing we don’t have a same day checkout. We do offer the 4 hour block between noon and 4pm at $300, to be invoiced separately.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
