We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful with a great view. The game room was nice Owner provided everything we needed for check-in and directions. He also checked in on us and advised us of a weather alert in the area. We had a great time and would definitely book this cabin again.

We had a great stay. Everything was as advertised. Great roads leading up to one of the best views you will find. Very quiet and private area. We even saw a bear 15 minutes before check-out. Amazing!!

Host was very nice check in and out was easy. We were celebrating our birthdays and wedding anniversary. Seen 6 bears from the cabin during our stay. Views were amazing enjoyed the hot tub every day.

This was our family first time staying in Smoky Mountains. This is a perfect place for a family stay. This place has everything and our 3 girls loved the accommodations. The resort and views were amazing. Perfect location for enjoying nature and scenic drives to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will be coming back for sure. We are so thankful to find this cabin.

Amazing cabin with a view

This spacious cabin was ready to accomodate my family and our needs! The main bedroom had a king size bed and full bathroom, queen bunkbeds upstairs (the loft with two twin beds is also upstairs. The ladder is quite steep, and if my kids were younger they'd have loved it being up there. Instead they preferred the queen bunks for the space to sprawl out. There is a 3/4 bathroom upstairs (includes a jetted tub). They had a great time with the pool table, racing game and game table. We all spent time on the two decks overlooking the mountainside at various points throughout our stay. There are rocking chairs and a side table (on each deck), so it was a great spot to read, take pictures and drink my coffee. Also, might be minor to some, but the freezer had an ice maker which was fabulous given our stay had an average temperature of 90 degrees each day. Which thankfully this cabin has air conditioning. It was too hot during our stay to use the jacuzzi on the balcony so unable to comment on that. If we head back to Tennessee we would definitely book again. The windows on the cabin were huge which let so much natural light filter in, and gave us a chance to see the picturesque views often, which we loved. (The only downside I can see with this is if you like to sleep in, its pretty bright out early in the morning.) We also took advantage of the pool on the property during our stay; it got a little busy but there were tables, chairs and lounge chairs for use.

Family of six, we loved our stay here. We enjoyed the location as well as the amenities within the cabin. Manager was easy to reach and friendly. View of the Smokies is excellent. Highly recommend.

Stunning views!!

Our host, James, was incredibly responsive and friendly from the start. We originally planned a four-night stay, but he generously offered us a discounted rate for a fifth night—we couldn’t pass it up, and it was absolutely worth it!The cabin itself is cozy and well-equipped with plenty of amenities. Waking up to the stunning morning sunrises was a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect, with easy access to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.We will definitely be back and will be recommending this cabin to others. A truly wonderful experience!

Great Family Cabin

We had the best time at the cabin. It was cozy and comfortable. The kids loved the games and the hot tub. Views were stunning. Wears Valley is only a few minutes away with great shops, restaurants, and hiking trails. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful views, easy check-in, responsive host

Absolutely perfect for our family getaway this Christmas. The cabin is exactly as pictured. The arcade games and football were a big hit with the kids. The hot tub was spotless and wonderful (and super easy to use). It was great we brought two adults, and 4 kids (15, 12, 7, 5). We had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is equipped well enough to have Simple family meals, and the views are magnificent. Also, Dollywood was only 34 minutes from the cabin and it is a beautiful drive through the mountains to get there with basically no traffic on Dec 22. Host was highly communicative and super responsive.

We will be back!

We loved our stay here! The only two minor complaints are that the mattresses weren’t that comfortable and the hot tub was on the smaller side. I would still choose to stay here over the other 3 cabins I’ve stayed at in the area. The view of the mountains was the best and there was plenty to keep the kids entertained when we didn’t venture out of the cabin.

Cabin at the Preserve

The most beautiful views and out in the middle of nature yet close to attractions. 0 complaints. From the booking to the moment we left the process was easy and all the information needed was well delivered. Easiest trip I’ve taken. I have enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back next year. Great game room for the kiddos.
