Cabin was very clean, communication with host was excellent, beautiful location. We unfortunately didn’t get to use the fireplace but the host was extremely communicative about that. Well paved road leading up to the house. Overall a great stay and would stay again!

Great location nestled in the Tennessee hills. I love that there was enough room for my family to spread out. It does take awhile to get used to the hard water smell if you are not used to it. Check in was a little difficult. But for the most part it was a wonderful place to stay.We would definitely stay here again.

We were excited for our mountain vacation and enjoyed some parts of this property. The living room was comfortable, our kids loved the pool table, foosball, and Connect 4 games, and the location was quiet and private. Check-in/out were easy, Wi-Fi worked well, and we even saw a bear nearby while driving.However, plumbing issues impacted our stay. On our first full day, the main floor shower leaked into the basement; later, the upstairs shower leaked into the laundry room. The host responded the next day with towels, but repairs weren’t made during our trip, so we relied on one shower most of the week. The well water had a strong odor and low pressure, which made showering and dishwashing less pleasant.Kitchen supplies were more limited than expected—so cooking was harder than planned. We also noticed two mousetraps set out (understandable in the mountains, but a heads-up would have helped) and some areas that may have been missed by the cleaning crew. Overall, the property has nice features, but with plumbing repairs, kitchen upgrades, and small communication and cleaning improvements, it could be a great stay.

Great family vacation

It was such a great experience we even got to see a bear on the front porch it was such a beautiful sight! Kids had a great time playing all the games inside and also swimming at the pool.

The cabin was wonderful, nice and quiet. Justin was awesome with answering questions. One thing I found helpful was keeping the blinds closed upstairs to help with the AC in the July heat.

Enjoyable Weekend

The place was really nice. After seeing the bear it topped it off. What's being in the woods without a bear? I loved every moment. My mom had dementia and she said look at that big dog. Couldn't do nothing but laugh. The only thing was missing was the hot tub . Didn't realize it until the night before checking out. Overall we will return. I

Such an amazing place if you are looking to disconnect from the outside world, and reconnect with your loved ones. It has the privacy of being remote, while still having easy access to all the attractions and shopping. We knew neighbors were around, but didn’t see anyone the whole time we were there. I was nervous driving in because some of the homes had limited parking. I was so relieved when we pulled up. It’s arguably the best parking in the community. This was a short trip. However, we were lucky on the second night. Got to watch three bears roaming around outside until they disappeared back into the trees. Friendly heads up for hot sleepers, top floor (king bed) is pretty warm in the summer. For reference, our crew likes it 70 or below at bedtime. That was hard to achieve before midnight. It’s still 100% worth it for the panoramic views, and all the amenities this place has to offer. We just plan to bring an extra fan next time.

Nice & clean

Very easy to book. Communication with property manager was very good. Very clean. The pool table and ping pong was a nice touch. The cabin is kind of secluded and at the end of the road.

The cabin was beautiful. We did have a problem with one of the beds but we called and someone came out the same day to fix the problem.A little higher up the mountain than we expected but the views were great.

Nice get away

We had a nice stay! We never could get the WiFi to connect but our cellphone service wasn’t terrible. Ladybugs were very popular but after a good amount of vacuuming we were able to manage. Overall we had a nice, relaxing stay.

Great with one complaint

Really nice cabin, secluded and scenic location. Clean and as advertised but our only complaint is the water. It smelled like sulfur, and taking a shower there was bad. Skin smelled like sulfur after. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker, overall great experience.
