5 adults and 5 kids had the best spring break stay here! The cinema and pool were both a huge a hit with the kids. The hosts were very responsive and kind. We will definitely recommend this property to others coming to the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area for vacation.

Perfect space for our large group. The home offered beautiful views and plenty of seating options for everyone. The home was clean and well taken care of. The kids really enjoyed the little waterfall nestled in the front of the neighborhood. A perfect pitstop for a busy weekend stay.

While the view and location were amazing, the house is showing its age. Appliances are showing cracks and rust in the refrigerator and the dishwasher racks fall out and do not sit in the tracks properly. The HVAC unit for the upstairs was broken and unusable for the entire 6 night stay which made it extremely uncomfortable. The home was quite dirty throughout including dust everywhere, dirty floors, dead bugs, urine and hair on the toilets and the freezer dirty to highlight a few areas. For a house that sleeps 28, there was only two kitchen towels which is definitely not enough. Lastly, we visited over the Christmas holiday. I had inquired if the home would be decorated for the holidays. I was answered with a resounding “absolutely “. Upon arrival, there a was tree set up with very few ornaments, a dollar store bow at the top and a paper looking tree skirt. It appeared to have been thrown together a last very last moment. This is hardly considered, even for a rental, to be decorated for the holidays. Especially compared to all the rentals around us. This was very disappointing especially for the cost. Even the basics of expectations were not met

We had a fabulous time! The property was perfect for our family to be together but also have time to meet separately. The view is beautiful! We saw mama bear and cubs. I wold highly recommend!

Wonderful stay! Very comfortable and location was great! The views were beautiful! My only recommendation is refrigeration space. A second refrigerator would be very helpful for hosting groups of a large size. There were missing shelves in the refrigerator on the door which didn’t help the space usage. I would definitely stay again and the host service was very efficient and helpful.

My family and I shared an Awesome weekend with our family and friends at this property . The name of this location is spot on!! The scenery was picturesque, tranquil and breathtaking. The location is in close proximity to shops, eateries etc. The indoor pool and the entertainment room were a hit for our younger family members. It was a great time had by all.

Yearly Family Vacation

Very pleased! House was great, clean, large and spacious for our family of 16 from age 7 to 70 with 8 being children. Swimming pool, movie room, hot tub, pool table and arcade game were all hits. Nice grill. Nice balconies. Complete kitchen for cooking. Four King bedrooms with private bathrooms were large. Two bedrooms with 4 full size bunk beds and a private bathroom in each. Half bath in game room was convenient. Nice washer/dryer. Sturdy outdoor furniture. House has 3 levels. Only one frig. Quick response from hostess with a couple issues. Really nice set up!
Indoor swimming pool. It's 12' x 20' and up to 4' deep.
Grill on balcony off kitchen and living room.
Pool table is in separate room adjacent to swimming pool, hot tub is off this floor on balcony, movie room and laundry room and half bath on this floor.

Family Get Away

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! It was perfect for our large family—spacious, clean, and filled with fun amenities. The location was ideal, just a short drive to all the action in Pigeon Forge, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet with an incredible view of the Smoky Mountains.The kids had a blast with the indoor pool, hot tub, movie theater, and pool table—there was never a dull moment! The cabin had everything we needed and more. We’re already looking forward to coming back and making more memories. Highly recommend!

The property & location were decent. Very pretty views in the mountains. Some of the chairs in family room were beat up. The cleaning of the floors could have been better. Bathroom sinks & showers and pool/ hot tub were clean. The kitchen was so so. Very responsive property manager was great about getting pool reheated & going.

Great way to spend spring break!

Cabin was wonderful. A total of 13 people - kids from 5 to 17. Everyone enjoyed the stay. No one wanted to leave.Host was perfect. Had an issue with one sink when we arrived and they had it fixed within 24 hours. House was clean and in great condition. Planning our next trip. Would absolutely stay here again.

Smoky Mountain Christmas

Everyone enjoyed the house and amenities. There were 16 of us from 2 to 76!! Plenty of room for all. Kids loved the pool and everyone enjoyed the hot-tub. The arcade game and pool table got a work out! Nice views and lots to do in the area. We went to Dollywood on the last day of the season. Grocery stores close by. Enjoyed the grill. The management team was quick to respond to any inquiries/needs. A great place for family to spend some time together.

Had a great time

The property was in great condition, our total party was 10 kids and 10 adults, 5 families traveling from 5 different US cities. We cooked a lot in the house and had all we needed.There was also a lot to do around the area, we visited Dollywood and several parks for the kids and cafes.I highly recommend this place for big family.
