Lovely cabin overall but definitely some room for improvements. I would consider booking again. Based off the rooms and beds this would be ideal for 10 adults, 4 teenagers, and 6 small kids.Pros: Location is great as its within a few miles from activities, parks, and shopping (leisure and grocery).Spacious common areas, and bedrooms. Plenty of bathrooms for large groups. Plenty of Smart TV's, and game roomKid friendly. Con:Small kitchen for a cabin that sleeps over 22. Made Thanksgiving preparations a challenge. Table only set for 10 people. We had to spread out to eat and hold plates on our laps.Dinning chairs need tighten up. Need larger trash bin/dumpster!! When you are staying more than 3 days and have 20 guest, trash can fills fast. Because we only had the 2 bins (not big at all) I was forced to leave bags of trash in the kitchen and "risk" being charged for "excessive" trash. Or ask for next day trash removal for a fee.Water pressure was inconsistent from bathroom to bathroom.4th floor room needs curtains on the windows for privacy as neighboring cabin can look into the 4th floor rooms witn ease AND needs a stronger ceilings fan and ventilation as it was always hot.
