What a great host! The whole process was so easy and the cabin was just as advertised. The location is very convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. The hosts were very active and attentive in answering my questions before the trip. Highly recommend these owners and this cabin!!!

Amazing people !!!

they were so understanding of everything and just all around nice people and the cabin was absolutely beautiful loved the massage chair we all did and the cabin is about 15 mins from everything it was just perfect so i definitely recommend go book with them !!

Awesome location

Vacation Home Retreat

The property was perfect for our family of 4. Everything worked as it should. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the fresh air. The kids loved the PS4 after long days out of hiking and it was very nice having a community pool to take them to in the evenings. Jeff, the owner checked in with us no less than 4 times to make sure everything was up to our standards. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Recimmend highly.

Wonderful Smoky Mountains Spring Break

From beginning to end this was one of our best experiences renting through VRBO! The property was exactly as described and the owners made every effort to make sure our stay was enjoyable - even going so far as to leave some snacks for us due to our late arrival:) The cabin is close to everything , but secluded enough to offer a relaxing getaway when not taking in the sites. Being able to bring our dog with us was also a huge plus. With the comfortable beds, hot tub, fabulous massage chair, multi-arcade, pool/ping pong table, and brand new PS5 we wanted for nothing during our stay. We will definitely revisit Lazy Bear Den on our next trip to The Smokies!!

Cozy and convenient

We had an incredible stay at this cozy and convenient cabin. I brought my mom on a trip for her birthday. We will definitely be back! The cabin was adorned with inviting Christmas decor and had so many personal touches that made you feel right at home including a stocked coffee bar! Jeff and Kara responded so promptly when we had any questions and they even sent my mom a birthday surprise while we were there….so sweet! We can hardly wait to return and spend more time at this lovely cabin!

Lazy Bear Den - Fall Break

Took my daughter and granddaughters to Dollywood for the kids' fall break. Lazy Bear Den was so convenient to Dollywood! Could not have been easier to get in - 5 minutes and we were in the parking lot! The cabin was SO cute, and the hot tub was a hit with everyone. Also, the massage chair was FANTASTIC!!! We were all fighting over whose turn it was to use it. Cabin was very clean and had everything we could have wanted. Will definitely be on the list of placed to book again!

Best Cabin EVER!!!

This was a first for me to book with VRBO.From the time of booking Kara & Jeff were amazing. The ease of booking with communication was over the top.The cabin was well stocked and taken care of. I have a 15 year old son who thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the massage chair :). Our dog loved the back deck. I could go on and on about the cabin and the owners. We will definitely be back to stay and have already started highly recommending the cabin! Thank you both for everything!

The property was very nice and the amenities were exactly as described. Outside of a few places that needed a little bit more attention as it relates to cleaning. We had a great time and the owner was very responsive to questions! The location was so close to Dollywood that we could see the fireworks every night! The beds were so comfortable and the massage chair was perfect especially after a long hike!

Great visit

we had a great visit, family of 6 + a small dog. Cabin is well equipped. Morning coffee was great, with fresh beans. Very clean. Hot tub was great. Lot's of towels, beds are comfortable. Kids had fun on the arcade. Wifi works really well. Location is amazing - very close to all key landmarks. and Smoky Mountains landmarks arent very far too. The community pool was not heated and cold, so we couldn't do swimming. Although, we loved it here, and we will be coming back! Thank you Jeff and Kara for sharing your house with us !!
