Check in was very easy, the hosts were very responsive. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t what we would have liked. The cabin is up a very steep hill with no lighting. Parking isn’t great. The cabin has several steep stairs so if stairs are a problem for you it’s not for you. The door going in is to the basement so you have to take 15 stairs to get in to the main floor. I had my late 80s parents so it was my bad for not checking before I rented. The cabin is beautiful, the view is just woods, no Mountain View can be seen. The deck was filthy and one of the rails is broken. The cabin wasn’t as clean as we would have liked. The kitchen is well stocked. The Teflon skillets are peeling. But other wise very nice. I did contact the host before I am leaving this review of the cleanliness. She said per renters agreement you should notify them when we arrive. I feel like it was an accumulation of observations over the week. I don’t mean to offend…. The Cedar Falls neighborhood is beautiful, nice pool and trails.

We really enjoyed the cabin and the resort where it is located. It's an easy walk to a pool and we had it to ourselves both times we went. The hiking trail that starts by the pond follows a gorgeous steam with small waterfalls and crosses it numerous times. The beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool table and the arcade machine. More towels would have been nice to have so we didn't need to do laundry as often but it really wasn't a problem as the washer and dryer are convenient to use.

Great for Biker trip

Overall has 5 stars for location (access to everything but not a lot of traffic), amenities (3 floors, 4 BR, hot tub, pool table, theater, video game, full kitchen, and more) and secluded. Owner was accessible and accommodating, too. The only “down” (if you can call it that) was that we had 4 bikes and parking them all on a relatively level area was an initial challenge but once we got it figured out, we were good.

Cozy and comfortable

Grounds and cabin were beautiful. Everything was clean and well maintained. So many added amenities. Felt like home away from home. Jamie was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family as well.

Our family had an amazing stay in this cabin! The hot tub was hot, and the pool table and video games were a fun addition for the family to play with at night. The beds were very soft and very large. So close and convenient to everything too!

Needs a good clean

The cabin was only 17 minutes from pigeon Forge it’s a nice cabin but it definitely wasn’t the cleanest they had spider webs In almost every corner and to say the cleaning lady just left they had some bugs on back the tub the utensils wasn’t cleaned and had to wash them before using them had some trouble with the hot tub the first two days when I texted the owner on some things she made it seem like it was my kids who messed with it when it was like that when we got there we didn’t let this stop us from having a good thanksgiving week but definitely dont recommend this place if you have kids

The cabin

The cabin was beautiful & very clean. The drive in the dark the 1st time trying to find the property was challenging. The cabin is nearby most attractions which is great. We couldn’t figure out the projector & gave up but found we were too tired to watch movies anyway. All in all, great place

Awesome experience!

Everything about our stay was great! The cabin was super clean, everything worked, the beds were all comfortable and everything we needed was there. My kids played pool and the arcade game and everyone enjoyed the jacuzzi. We will absolutely stay here again. A great time was had by all. Thank you to the host for accommodating a late check out as one of the kids got sick on the morning and had trouble getting going.

Birthday getaway for our daughter

We enjoyed everything about the cabin to include the bedrooms, bathrooms and the living room layout and sizes. The game/theater room was a big hit for our kids and everyone enjoyed the hot tub at different points of the weekend. Close enough to town but far enough away from the crowd and noises at night. Driveway is a little steep but not much to worry about once you get up to the cabin. We had a great time.

Family Vacation

Cabin was fantastic, very clean, good location and the facilities were very nice and quiet. Owners were great, very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again and plan to in the near future. Even had a visit from a bear so everyone was excited about that!

Beautiful cabin with so much to offer

The house is spacious, very clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for our family of 7. The community pool is a 5 min walk from the house and there are trees surrounding the house. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The property was just as described online - it was perfect for our family vacation (my son, his wife, and 3 children ages 4, 9, and 11. Plenty of room for all! The downstairs with pool table, AV with tons of movies, and the arcade were big hits with all. We all enjoyed the pool as well. I only had one question when we arrived, and the host promptly answered. Everything was great! The decks were pleasant for early morning coffee and watching the bears.
