  • Dollywood Cottage, unit 501 “Four Bearoom” is located just three miles from Dollywood and Dollywood’s Splash Country, sleeps 8 and is the perfect cottage for the family looking to get away, yet still be close to everything. This newly remodeled one Story 4-bedroom 2-bath cottage has everything with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, dining area for 7, and a Bar area seating for 4. The living room is equipped with a Comfy Sectional couch, chair, electric fireplace, and a 55-inch flat screen Television. There are 3 bedrooms furnished with queen size beds and 32-inch flat screen Television. The 4th bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, 32-inch flat screen Television, and Pac-Man game with seating. There are 2 bathrooms one offering a walk-in shower and one with tub and shower combo. The newly remodeled back patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, and a hot tub. This was a trip for my son's graduation. It fit our family plus two friends very well. It was the perfect location for all of the things we did while in Tennessee.

Pictures are pretty much spot on. Place was very well stocked. Hot tub was perfect. Plenty of space to move around. And it was just far enough off the main road that you didn't have to deal with the crazy traffic, but close enough to so much.

Check in was easy and the host stayed in contact in the upcoming days before our trip to make everything go smoothly. The house was nice with a decent layout and well functioning air conditioning. Plenty of space, dishes, cookware, towels, and blankets for 7 of us. We did notice some areas of the house could be cleaned better. There were cobwebs, trash under the beds, and the hot tub felt slimy but overall nothing too terrible. Located close to all of the attractions. Overall a good experience!

This pet friendly rental was perfect for our 3yr old grands first Dollywood/Pigeon Forge weekend trip. We were glad we could bring our corgi along and definitely enjoyed the restful space. We recommend!

Location was great but house needed cleaning. Sheets smelled like they were sour, floors looked like they had not been vacuumed and there was cobwebs and dust hanging from the corners and ceilings.

It was clean, quiet, convenient. Very close to Dollywood, maybe 10 minutes, and about 15 to pigeon forge.Property management very responsive and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chalet and had a wonderful time here! The location was perfect with just a short drive to all attractions. The chalet was very clean and very comfortable for our family of 7. The beds were comfy too, and each bedroom has a TV and that's a plus! Communication with the host was great! After leaving Dollywood we all saw a bear, which was very exciting for all of us! The only problem we had was with the Keurig coffee maker clogging up and blowing coffee grounds out. It may need to be replaced or just given a good cleaning with a Keurig cleaner. Other than that the chalet was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Four bear room

Place was in a great location about ten miles from the Island and five miles from Dollywood! Easy access to all attractions! House was a 4 bedroom house with full kitchen and easy access to all places! Would definitely stay there again!

Great stay

It was wonderful very clean very home like and lots of space! The only thing we needed was a broom and mop so we could keep the floor clean as when we arrived. I would for sure stay here again.

Family Time

House was perfect for us, especially since my husband uses a walker. Open floor plan was nice. Would definitely stay here again. We come almost every year and out of all the houses we have rented this was the best.

Was kind of dirty on in the inside. Rained and there was no coverage outside at all. Including the hot tub, also the hot tub was covered in algae so it made you so slimy you couldn't shower it off. Wish I could say better, but not a place I'd recommend to anyone.
