Enjoy the outdoor spacious decks on multiple levels of the house. The Cabin grounds are so large you feel secluded on the mountain. The scenic outdoors offers the outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and/or gas fireplace table while taking a dip in the hot tub overlooking Mt. Leconte. You may see plenty of wildlife (turkeys, birds, etc.), while sitting on any of the various decks.

$2,100 for up to 45 guests and $2,500 for 46-65 Guests which includes 65 chairs, 8 tables, use of the ceremony deck and arch, and access to the grounds for a large party. This fee is invoiced separately and due 60 days before check-in.
*Parking available for up to 15 cars.

Guest access
We will provide the door code to unlock the home, the day before your check-in. You have rented the whole house to enjoy. We have locked closets that are necessary. If there is any concern, please reach out to our team! Along with privilege comes responsibility, this just means please let us know if something gets broken or needs repaired. We want to keep the cabin in great condition for you and the next guests as well! There is parking for up to 15 vehicles

-The Cabin is on a residential area but with few homes close-by.
-Car needed for transportation in the area. Uber is available.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.
