We truly enjoyed our stay at Landon’s Lookout. The beds were comfy and we had lots of room for our family. Everyone having their own king suite was absolutely amazing!! They had all the essentials we needed to make our stay comfortable and great quality time!!

The property was as described in the listing and suited our needs. The rooms were large, the common space was comfortable, and all amenities were as described. Views were beautiful. Things that did not meet or exceed my personal expectations:- Floors were dirty. Walking in bare feet for any amount of time made you very aware of this. - The hot tub was sparkling clean, but mildew is beginning to accumulate above it. We could not find any towels convenient to the hot tub, and ended up bringing some from the bathrooms.- Linens were not great quality (clean but stained/worn sheets) and there definitely needed to be more towels - we were five guests in a cabin listed as for twelve and it still felt light.- Multiple chore list reminders for checkout and a note that forgotten items would incur a charge in addition to shipping costs. While I understand this has become a norm for rental culture, I find these to be markers of poor customer service when I am paying for not only the cost of the stay but also a steep cleaning fee.

Lovely cabin, beautiful views, new hot tub, and good communication. We loved the pool table and huge TV in the main living area. Fairly close to all the great spots in Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend.

Our host was so nice and communicated to us everything we needed to know along the way. Our stay was wonderful and the place was awesome. I loved the king size beds and the place had everything we needed. The mountain scene were also beautiful on the porch. The rocking chairs and swing on the porch made our morning coffee enjoyable.

Probably the cleanest house we have stayed in with VRBO, and we have stayed in a lot. We had few problems but they were taken care of very quickly and the owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay again and recommend to other's. Very close to all the attractions, very fun week and weekend.
