The hot tub made up for the issues we had, even though it took awhile to warm up. The bathroom and washer had black mold on them. The clothing drawers had dead bugs in them that weren’t lady bugs. It was annoying having to vacuum everyday bc there were so many lady bugs, which is normal around that time of year. The tub in the bathroom up stairs would clog up every time I showered. The hose was left dripping and we weren’t able to turn it off due to it being locked. Parrot mt is literally around the corner. You can hear all the birds from the cabin. Dollywood is super close by. It takes 20-30 min to get to Gatlinburg. The horseback riding ranch was about 5 min away!

Everything about our stay was 10 out of 10, would highly recommend. The cabin was beautiful, inside and out. The location was perfect – far enough away to feel like you were in a peaceful and quiet part of the mountains but close enough to be near all the fun in just a short 5-10 minute drive. The host was very kind, and great about communication. This cabin had easy access to get to, and it had a beautiful view. It’s hard to find a cabin with a great view and easy, non-scary drive up to the cabin.

Had no problems with communication during the whole stay. Only issues I’ve seen was maybe to dust better and trash overflow it never got picked up. But overall it was a nice place to stay. Beds are comfortable. Hot tub was nice even with it being cold out. The drive way up to the cabin is kinda steep. Overall we loved it and would stay again.

The host here is great, this was our second time staying here. We had a few problems this go round starting with all the Asian beetles inside the home that we had to continually vacuum up everyday. The side door going to the porch needs to be replaced as it won’t fully close and has a light/air gap around about 2/3 of it. The fixtures in the bathrooms and showers could use updating and some of the wood floors have sustained water damage at some point that could be addressed. There was a load of wet towels left in the dryer by the housekeeping crew and there’s at least one flying squirrel in the ceiling/walls that got fired up about 10pm every night making noise all over the house. Location is great, close to attractions and not super steep to get to as we did have some inclement weather.

This is our third stay at this property! We love the location of it! It feels secluded yet is a short drive to everything we do! It’s in a very quiet location! We love that this cabin is pet friendly and we love that the owners are always very responsive and friendly with communication! We love to grill out on the gas grill on the deck and my husband and kids love the hot tub!

We had a great stay here. The house was clean and inviting. It was just 3 of us, so it was the perfect size! The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking and site seeing. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, we had no issues that needed to be address by the owner.

The cabin was very nice, plenty of room. It included all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The location was excellent. We could hear the Dollywood train whistle and each morning you could hear the birds from Parrott Mountain wake up. We would stay there again.

Secluded and convenient to Pigeon Forge. Owner was very responsive. Check in and out was easy. Home has a cozy atmosphere. View from side porch was blocked by trees but did provide privacy. I know everyone has there own discrepancies, our was the coffee maker, took forever to make coffee. It helped me practice building my patience. I also got more things done while waiting. I will be looking forward to my next booking. We enjoyed our time and you could even hear the parrots from Parrot Mountain. Would recommend to others for a place to stay.

Great family getaway!

This is our second time renting this cabin and we love it! The location of it is great! You can hear the parrots at parrot mountain when you’re outside and it’s so relaxing! The cabin is always cleaned well and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals there. We have zero complaints! We even have it reserved for another trip this fall and are looking forward to it!
