This unit had everything we needed on top of being close to everything! We were in town for our daughter's softball tournament and it was the perfect stay! Communication was excellent!

When we are visiting the Smokies we always stay at Riverfront Condos. Our host, Doug and Connie are always so accommodating. Their condos are beautiful and always very clean. The location is perfect! Eve H

We always stay at Riverfront Condo’s. This particular condo we have named it our anniversary condo, always celebrating our wedding anniversary in this particular one. For many years we have been guest of this particular condo. Loving every minute we are there, so close to everything. The owners are wonderful, and so accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Christmas Family Vacation

My family and I were very impressed with the unit the area was so perfect right in the heart of town so much to do we really enjoyed our stay we plan on making this our new vacation spot same time next year have a blessed night!

Clean and nice

Great condo, good location, was extremely clean and the soaker jetted tub was awesome. We were extremely pleased with our stay and will return to stay here again.

Great condo

We’ve stayed here three times (or maybe four) now and it’s always clean and neat. It’s easy to get to and has become our favorite condo for a few days away.

Great Location

Very comfortable and clean, easy access from parking lot, close to lots of activities and restaurants yet just off the beaten path. Our favorite thing was sitting on the balcony watching the ducks and the river run!

Condo was perfectly adequate except for being infested with ants. They were a major nuisance and not something I wanted to deal with during my vacation. We had to purchase ant killer and treat daily but they kept coming back. I did notify the owner who responded only with “Thanks for letting me know “. We did leave a day earlier than planned and will not book there again.
