"We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town."

You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). "Perfect from start to finish, and I have never said that in all our travels. We always have "if only they had done this" conversations. We let the chef, Elias, have free reign. He would ask for likes/dislikes, and again, not a single bad meal. Out of 6 adults. Try that at any restaurant. He is also property manager, Betty and two others helping with grounds. "Check in couldn't have been easier. Terry, the host, was in contact with us while we were there and went the extra mile and gave us complimentary snacks and drinks. We didn't have any issues during our short stay. The pool was a great and relaxing amentity, especially after coming back from a tour in the hot month of August.
