Beautiful location

We had a great stay. The location and condo were as described. Everything was well stocked; towels, beach towels, kitchen items, laundry soap, etc. The daily housekeeping was a very pleasant surprise. Overall a great stay.

Great View!

The property is in the best location in the complex. The view is great, and the property was clean and nice. The location is very close to the things you want to do. We highly recommend it to others.

Gorgeous condo on 7 mile beach

Beautiful comfortable condo with a deck overlooking the beach and gorgeous views. Quiet but near everything. The beach is very small but you can walk for miles on 7 Mile beach past crowded hotels and then be happy back at your home base. Multiple comfortable beds with a well stocked kitchen. Very safe and clean.

NO Beach

Everything was like we expected EXCEPT that the beach was gone. We stayed in the exact condo in 2019. We should’ve been told when we booked that there was NO longer a beach!!

Great stay, perfect location, and tremendous value.....HIGHLY Recommend

Location and View are perfect. Can walk to several restaurants, the Marriott is next door, shopping and grocery store less then 5 minute drive. Considering a small standard view hotel room next door at the Marriott is around $700 US per night, this condo is a steal of a deal. If you are considering this place, look no further and book it. I usually never write reviews, but felt I needed to give my praise. We are going to Turks and Caicos in a few months and this Condo is literally half the price for something similar in Turks. Manager Kristina is great! Housekeeping and property security, 5 stars. Kids LOVED the kids pool so much. Great stay. If somehow you can make the beach re-appear that would be ideal! We knew the beach was almost all gone before arriving, however did not impact our stay negatively.

We just had a wonderful stay at Regal Beach Club, unit 634. Ildi and the staff were welcoming, attentive and warm. The location is terrific...close to shops, restaurants, and the lovely Camana Bay. Unit 634, in particular, is a dream as it sits right at the water, overlooking the amazingly beautiful ocean. Thank you to everyone at RBC that made the week so wonderful!

Best Birthday Ever

Stayed in #634 with friends while celebrating a milestone birthday. The unit was perfect and the location breathtaking. Loved the balcony and the beachfront. Fell asleep each night to the sound of waves. Can't wait to come back! Best birthday ever!

Beautiful beachfront condo

The condo is right on the beach, and the grounds are well kept and beautiful. The condo itself has a beachy vibe with white and blue decor and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The property manager, Ildi, is very accessible and accommodating. I definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay in the area.

It was breath taking! Loved Grand Cayman!

The property was well kept and what we expected from the pictures. The staff that takes care of the property; Manger's, cleaning crews, security staff were always so pleasant and eager to help make our stay amazing. We can't wait to go back and we highly recommend this location. Close to everything and downtown. We rented a car, but you really don't need one at this location. Each condo has an amazing view of the ocean, but this upper front condo was the cream of the crop! Thank you to everyone that made us feel so welcomed and made our stay so pleasant!

The pictures may not do this unit justice. Well provisioned unit. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds already comfortable, location is great. Beautiful beachfront unit. We are 3 couples and never felt crowded or cramped.

Great property, great view, great staff

Love this property and its location on Seven Mile Beach. Much quieter than the other big resorts in the area and the rooms are very comfortable and set up well for families. Views are second to none. Staff is very attentive and cleaning staff is wonderful.

Top 5 Again

See my remarks on unit 614 as we rented that as well. 634 is on the third, (top), floor of Regal Beach. Huge porch where the 9 of us spent every night after dinner enjoying the sound of the surf and Venus burning brightly in the sky. If you are the one paying for this, it is really worth it. I can't imagine a better condo situation.

My family of five completely fell in love with 634. The patio and view of the ocean is breathtaking!

My family of five arrived in late Nov and stayed for seven nights. The property is beautifully maintained and the room is spacious. All of our children would not get out of the ocean so we rarely used the pool. Everyday the sun came out and the water was calm. Seven mile beach is a perfect spot for kids to play. This location is right beside the Marriott and we liked going over for a drink and occasional meal too. I definitely recommend the Gin and Tonic's that they serve:) At night we curled up and sat outside on the outdoor private patio! The sunsets will forever be etched into our memories. You will not regret staying at this wonderful spot!

Gorgeous Condo

What a wonderful gem. My husband, daughter, son in law and two grandsons enjoyed this property from the moment we stepped inside. The management team greeted us upon our arrival and answered all of our questions then the beautiful part is that this condo is so well cared for we never had to contact them again. Housekeeping came in on a daily basis and worked around my grandsons nap schedule. The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and bars. We did rent a car so that we could enjoy everything that the island had to offer. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us, and in the future when we return to Grand Cayman there is no question as to where we will stay. Bobbie Jo Hedges

Seriously Breathtaking

After 31 years visiting Grand Cayman & staying at some of the best on offer, RB #634 exceeds them all, even stays at The Caribbean Club frontline villas are not complimented with an outside space as awesome as 634's terrace, which after watching sunsets from became more & more to leave to go sit inside a restaurant. It's interior & white leather seating, chrome/glass furnishings, bed linen, accessories & modern showers are a striking change from most other rental units & their predictably large often upcycled dark wood furniture which seems the norm along SMB. #634 has noticeably undergone a professional designer refit & successfully achieved a unique contemporary style not usually found in GC rental units, everything seems to fit in its place perfectly, the kitchen has everything you could need & nothing stored that's belongs to the owner or previous renters. The front office & maid service was great as was Petra & her Mum who welcomed us on arrival & explained the condo in detail & checked in again later to confirm all was ok. My only disappointment is #634 is fully booked till mid 2017 & a return visit is too far away but it'll be worth the wait. June & Tony H Cheshire, UK

PHENOMINAL

We stayed in #634 from Oct 21-29, 2016. The unit is spectacular! The location and views are unbeatable. Petra and all the staff were simply fantastic including arranging grocery delivery and addressing any questions or needs we had immediately. The unit is well equipped for all your needs including kitchen supplies, beach towels etc. The penthouse deck was breathtaking and the awnings offered welcomed shade in the afternoons and spectacular sunset views!!! By far one of the best 7 mile beach locations, within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and virtually anything you want to do. The diving on 7 mile beach is fantastic and having the Marriott next door was great for reserving a car rental or for securing excursions or water sports (jet skis, SUP's, kayaks etc). There's also a great little mini reef in front of the Marriott, perfect for snorkeling! The unit and the property overall was pristine and the well kept, maintained and secured at night. We had 4 people in the unit. LOVED that there was a washer/dryer we could access as well. Thank you for a WONDERFUL time!!!!!!! I would highly recommend this unit and Regal Beach to anyone and I sure hope to visit again.

Gorgeous Condo and Perfect Location!!

Our group of six (5 adults and a four-year old) stayed in #634 Regal Beach from June 4-10, 2016. In addition to the condo being just as pictured and described on the website, the entire process of booking, checking in and departing went extremely smoothly and as promised by the booking agent, Donna. Donna replied promptly to all inquires and was very helpful throughout the process. An added bonus was actually getting to meet Donna while we were there. We struck up a conversation by the pool, only to learn a little while into the conversation that the pleasant woman we spoke with was she!! In addition to Donna, the onsight manager we met with upon arrival (Petra) was extremely helpful. Her email before our arrival provided lots of good information about stores, directions to the condo, etc. She met us at our condo and went over everything about operation of the lights, fans, TV and even the awning that moves out over the veranda. She was also very gracious in allowing us to check out a little later than we had planned. Everything about the condo itself was wonderful, including a surprise....daily housekeeping!! The decor was beautiful, the kitchen was well supplied and all of us had our own space and privacy. The beach at the condo is perfect!!! the proximity to the Marriott made it easy for us to pop over there for an occasional drink and to rent water sports equipment. There were a few good restaurants within walking distance as well.

Wonderful Wonderful Place

Our family takes a trip every two years to someplace wonderful! This by far was one of our best experiences. My family includes 5 adults, 2 children, and 1 toddler. The rooms accommodated that well with 1 king size bed, 1queen, 2 twins, and a fold out couch. Everyone still had their privacy with own space and shower areas. The kitchen is wonderful to cook in, along with the outdoor grill area. The penthouse is also accommodated with washer/dryer, making it nice to do laundry at your leisure. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!!!!! Management is always at your fingertips for pointers and help!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE! We will be back!!! Oh and I nearly forgot! The view from the balcony is magnificent, and peaceful for morning coffee.

Spectacular

We (two adults, an eighteen month old and a four year old) stayed here for a week in early May and had a fantastic time. The penthouse condo is large, clean, very well equipped and excellently located. The kids loved it. It is child friendly. Great kitchen (we cooked a number of meals in), washer, dryer, snorkels, face masks, televisions in every room, everything we needed (e.g., high chair, crib). Great entertaining area.It was a thirty second walk to the beautiful private beach or one of the two property pools. There is a gym in the complex but we were too busy relaxing and soaking in the views on the large balcony to use it. The property manager is very helpful and attentive. We would love to return and highly recommend it to those looking for their own slice of paradise. I concede it is quite expensive but you get what you pay for! Worth noting that there is no bath in the condo (although there are three showers), and no elevator in the complex, so be ready to walk up two flights of stairs. Enjoy!
