The location of this condo is perfect. Right on Seven Mile Beach and a central location to do all of the fun things. Joel responded promptly whenever I would message him. He was very helpful with ideas of things to do and places to eat. Every restaurant he recommended that we ate at was very good. The condo was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The whole condo facility was very well kept up.

Great place to stay!

This place is fantastic! We loved our stay so much. The condo has everything you need. We loved being able to cook and do laundry. The condo is updated, clean, and tastefully decorated. It is just steps away from an amazing view of the water. HUGE thanks to Joel for working with us after two flight cancellations and adjusting our days for our stay.

Everything you want!

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was far cheaper than any of the hotels on the beach and allowed us to do laundry, cook meals, store food in the fill size refrigerator, etc. Walking out to the beach from the back porch was unbelievably convenient especially with a 4 year old. I enjoyed jogging up and down the main drag for my morning workouts and many places were a short walk. We did rent a car which allowed us to go to other amazing snorkel and dinner locations each day. You can tell the owners really care about their property and they checked in with us upon arrival and during the stay. They have done an exceptional job with upgrading their condo and having anything you may need during your stay: umbrella, chairs, blow up mattress, etc. I felt lucky to have booked this because I procrastinated a bit, but I guess everything happens for a reason!

6 Night Stay

The condo was perfect for our 6 night vacation. It has its own sizable “private” beach area (locked in by surrounding buildings as 7 mile beach has receded and you can no longer walk the whole stretch). The condo itself was fully furnished (beach towels too!) and had all the cooking utensils we needed. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. We rented a car to get around to other parts of the island (highly recommend) and we were grateful for free parking at the condo. All in all, highly recommend!

Quick Visit, but wished we could have stayed longer.

Went for a quick visit with family, but would have loved to stay longer. This unit was amazing, it is perfectly set up for two people and can accommodate four comfortably. Beautifully decorated unit, that has all the amenities you could want. We didn’t drive this trip, we walked everywhere the location of this resort is fantastic. Beach front, and pool we’re fantastic. When returning we will not hesitate to book this unit again, and will recommend this unit to my friends and family.

Cayman Reef Resort Unit 35

Outside of an initial hiccup when we first arrived (property manager forgot to schedule a cleaning of the unit) the stay was great. The unit was as presented online. The view of the sea from the room was amazing! A great stay.

Amazing trip to Grand Cayman

We had an amazing stay and would definitely rent unit #35 again! We arrived earlier than normal check-in time, but since the unit was ready, Joel allowed us an early check-in. Cayman Reef Resort is in a great location on SMB. While the resort property does not have a super huge beach front to it, we never had an issue getting chairs or an umbrella... plus, we enjoyed the daily strolls down the beach. It was just a short walk to Camana Bay, liquor stores, restaurants and grocery stores. While we did rent a car (so that we could drive to West Bay, North Side and East End on our own), it really wasn’t necessary for just eating/shopping purposes. We’ve traveled all over the Caribbean and for sure, we’ll be returning to Grand Cayman!

Great relaxing place to get away.

Cayman Reef Resort

The property is located right on 7 mile beach not to far away from the Royal Palms where you rent stuff and have drinks or food. The condo’s area was quiet and not crowded with plenty or chairs and umbrellas available at no extra charge. The beach and water is amazing. We ate at Coconut Joe’s several times because we loved their Mahi Mahi and it was in walking distance. The only complaint I have is our unit said it had a sofa bed and it didn’t, luckily it did have a blow up mattress for our daughter, but it doesn’t sleep 4 like the website said. Also the cleaning crew only left 2 roles of toilet paper to last 3 people for the week and if you plan to do any laundry be sure to bring your own laundry soap. Plus they have the wrong address on the website. I would stay here again.

Great Beach Location

Convenient to all major hotels and in a good location on 7-mile beach. The unit needs a deep clean and needs renovation yet it has everything you need including WiFi and printer. There is a nice sea view to catch the remenance of a sunset from the coach. Owner and the condo manager are very attentiatcie and responsive. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay in the Cayman Islands. I would certainly recommend this condo, and will try to stay in the same place if we return to the Cayman Islands. It was comfortable, spacious, convenient and pleasant.

Comfortable, great location

My daughter and I had a lovely week-long stay in this condo. It was clean and comfortable, seconds from the beach and a convenient location for exploring 7 mile beach. The atmosphere at the condos was very laid back. We didn't need the condo supplied chairs when we were at the condo beach - we could always find free chairs, but we took them along when we explored other beaches around the island. Joel was very responsive to reservation and other questions. The club down the beach was a bit loud a couple of nights, but using a white noise app on my phone minimized that issue. Overall a great stay. We'd happily go back!

Great stay

Just got back from two weeks in this condo. Really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach is perfect and it's well stocked with towels and pretty much everything you need for a beach vacation. The host Joel responds to emails very quickly and is a pleasure to work with. The location of Cayman Reef Resort is perfect too. So many good restaurants in walking distance.

Fabulous!

Just returned from a 10 day stay. This is the third time staying in Unit 35. It is a wonderful, clean and a well maintained property. The beach is steps from the door. A car is not necessary staying here as the shopping is in walking distance and the local bus is outside. We will be returning next year. Thank you Joel once again!
