This Cayman Condos professionally-managed Oceanfront unit is less than 50 feet from water's edge and offers a full kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, cable TV in living room and master bedroom, DVD, central a/c, ceiling fans, hairdryers, safe, washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi and private balcony. Sunset Cove is a *2018 & 2019 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence* property! | | Property amenities include the largest swimming pool on Seven Mile Beach with a swim-up snack and cocktail pool bar, a whirlpool, and a separate shallow wading pool for small children. Great spot!

The location of this condo is excellent. Wate front with a protected beach, and close to everything. The property does not get any tourist traffic from the cruise lines, which is a plus. Excellent snorkeling right out in front of the condos! Will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and the beach were amazing as ever. I’ve been staying at your property for many years and once this year already back in March. They have all been great, but this unit 330 needs some work. We had a broken umbrella and missing lightbulbs that didn’t get fully repaired until Wednesday. Understandably there was a holiday and a Sunday between. The unit was not well equipped as others have been. Very few coffee mugs, horrible coffee maker, and broken wine opener. I also noticed security was missing. Didn’t see one person all week. May be limited staffing after the shut down. We always felt safe so not an issue, but letting you all know. We will be back, just probably not that unit.

Great condo stay on 7 Mile Beach!

This property is a 3 bedroom condo on the 3rd floor of a clean and well design condo complex. Large balcony overlooks the beach/lagoon with stunning sunsets. Complex has a nice pool in its center with a swim-up snack/drinks bar. The beach has a made-man lagoon which protects the beach from erosion and keeps the water calm even on windy days. There are 3 (4?) paddle boards available for community use. They aren't in the best of shape, but they are just fine to paddle around the lagoon &/or to venture out into the ocean to snorkel the very nearby reefs. Beach is well maintained with chairs magically reset and sand raked smooth sometime between going to sleep and waking up. The unit was VERY clean and well-appointed. Furniture is comfortable for TV watching, board game playing, or just hanging out with a good book. Kitchen appliances were relatively new and worked perfectly. Lots of clean towels for the week. Location on the southern half of Seven Mile Beach was fine. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Traffic on the road gets thick, making it a challenge pulling out to go south. Major grocery store is a few miles away. Too far to walk. Overall,...an absolutely excellent stay here. I would definitely return with the family again (and again!).

The condo itself has a gorgeous view, a huge patio, and was spacious throughout. Our only issue was that the dryer was broken. They were unable to fix it during our stay and so we couldn't dry towels or do any laundry.

Reviewer Comments: My family of 7 and 18 other friends went to visit Cayman Islands last week and we all stayed at Sunset Cove Condo from Sunday, June 19 to Saturday, June 25, 2022.Overall, I’m satisfied with the condo but I have a few things that I want to mention specifically related to room 330:The washer and dryer are so small ( for a couple) for a family use and the dryer is not working.A couple of light bulbs were out. The parking lot is limited for going and out.The assistant manager Roger Myers was very helpful and professional when we arrived. He helped us locating the parking in the rain...Our room is oceanfront as advertised and our boys enjoyed the pool and beach...Do not forget to visit the Stingray city if you’re going to visit this patadise island!

The pool is great for families. The cove is a great access point to a wonderful little reef for snorkeling. It’s worth the short swim out to the buoy for a plethora of fish. Sunset Cove is located close to all of our favorite places or provides easy access to where we want to go.

It was a condo right on the beach, and from the balcony we had a great view. There were a lot of nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. There was a bar and grill on site.The rooms were comfortable. We had a nice living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony.The place was well lit and very safe. The beach had a rock wall enclosure that kept the water line calm. Snorkeling was fun, though I didn’t see much in terms of fish on my go at it, but others saw a lot of different sea life.I would definitely visit here again and stay here. I would also recommend this place to family and friends.
