Our stay was absolutely perfect screened in room BBQ the amenities were great a pool & suntan decks along with a great beach front lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The location was the best as we found that we were in walking distance to grocery, restaurants, world class shopping and totally safe to walk anywhere day or night. When we go back probably would only need a rental car for a couple of days just to tour around. The condo was very well decorated and very clean with everything we needed, super easy to keep clean. Having a host who lives close by is great advantage and because they own a number of units were able to accommodate us when we ran into an issue with our return flights home we were able to stay in our unit for another couple of days. The location on 7 mile beach is about as good as it gets!

Phenomenal Host & Phenomenal property

The host was very quick to respond to us & she made everything happen so efficiently & smoothly She even visited us upon our arrival at the property to insure everything was in order & to our liking!!We would recommend this property & this host to everyone…She was amazing & staying in her property made it one of our best holidays ever!!

A week is too short

Great stay. We snorkled all over the island. Everything was as advertised. Loved the sand area added to the courtyard. The loss of beach and inability to easily stroll up 7 mile was frustrating but we found multiple solutions to make it work. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Location couldn't be better, walkable to restaurants, wine shop, very close to grocery. Had a car, but easily could have not rented a car. Beach out front is on the small side and quality depends on weather. Half the trip it was amazing and the other half it was small and churned up, but there are other beaches drivable and not far. Condo is clean, well stocked, great shower, right next to a nice pool. There was everything you could need for the kitchen. Owner left a bottle of champagne, coffee, and there was supplies to do laundry. That was extremely thoughtful and not expected. Complex is quiet. You can work right next door up the beach to a beach bar. Wife and I stayed with two kids 5 and 8, there were some other families with nice kids there. The pull out sofa worked fine at night for the kids. I'd stay here again.

Very nice location. Close to the beach with amazing sunsets. Close to town. Walkable distance to the grocery store. Good options for public transportation.

Good Location and Well Managed Complex

Considering a renovation just prior to August, unit was lacking in detail that has been brought to owner's attention. Good access to beach (bring water shoes) and steps from pool. Complex is well maintained and has security.

Cayman Reef #5

We had an incredible stay at Cayman Reef resort, in #5. The property is in the perfect location, the resort is clean and the beach is perfect for relaxing and long walks. The condo itself was beautiful, clean and had all amenities needed. Trinda was so thoughtful and helpful in ensuring we had all that we needed. We will definitely be back next year!

Convenient and Comfortable

We stayed in unit #47 (not #5 as booked initially) to accommodate our early arrival. Cayman Reef Resort is nicely located on Seven Mile Beach with easy access to area restaurants, excursions or exploring the island. The unit is nicely appointed with a full kitchen, drip coffee maker (owner supplied the coffee - thanks Trinda!), new bathroom and all the electronic gadgets of the modern world. It was very quiet around the complex and the area in general in mid-October which was great. The pool was right out the door and the beach just a 2 minute walk. It was a perfect getaway for the week and we would highly recommend considering CRR for a stay.

Excellent Property for the price

Great location. Trinda was great to work with. Had minor problem with TV. Contacted Trinda & she came to check. Was willing to replace TV if required. Luckily it just needed to be reset. Looking forward to going back.

Awesome, Will use again in future!!

Everything could have not been easier. So nice just going to your condo vs having to stop and go thru the run around of check in like most other places. I knew the code for the door before I was off the plane and it was great to kick back and just go straight to the beach. The beach was short steps away from the condo. Sunrise and sunset were awesome!! We found everything we needed within steps of the property or a very short drive. We used Dive Tech for our diving needs and they were awesome. We really liked Kirk Market for grocery shopping. Georgetown was a short drive for shopping and such.

Great Location

WONDERFUL PROPERTY in PARADISE!!!

This property was PERFECT! It had everything we needed with LOTS of extras included. Trinda and Leo were just AWESOME to rent from. I just cannot say enough about this wonderful property and Grand Cayman. I will be renting again from Trinda when we get to come back to paradise! Karen E

Great Beach Access

Trinda was so helpful in helping us find our way, very late at night, on our first night in the unit. We were, however, disappointed that there were no towel racks or toilet paper holder in the bathroom. No dishwasher in kitchen, as advertised. We ate our breakfast on the porch where a large sink and countertop was left. The king bed was very comfortable, but the fold out couch was not.

Peaceful and Relaxing Stay - Great Owner!

We stayed at Cayman Reef #5 for a week and had a wonderful trip. Our host Trinda was so helpful with all the recommendations and amenities. She was also Johnny-on-the-spot when we had a minor issue with the air conditioner and was over within minutes with the repair guy to fix it. Pretty amazing. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Speaking of which, I am now addicted to the Ninja blender that was provided for our use and will be buying one of my own a.s.a.p.! The community was peaceful and all the "neighbors" very lovely as well. Just a great trip in general. Next time we'll bring the kiddos and stay in one of her bigger units!

Lovely condo, great owner

We had another wonderful week at Grand Cayman. We loved the condo #5 at Cayman Reef Resort. The owner, Trinda , was a delight to work with and the gift basket awaiting us at arrival was a nice touch. Close to the beautiful beach and steps from the pool. I wouldn’t change a thing about our visit.

Cayman Reef

We have rented multiple times from Trinda and have had wonderful experiences each time. We will be renting from her again the next visit to Cayman without question. The location is perfect and not crowded. You can walk to many restaurants, stores etc.

Great condo

I was very pleased with the condo. The location was perfect, being on the first floor only steps from the pool and a 1-minute walk to the beach through the courtyard. The interior was as advertised with new appliances and furniture. The washer and dryer came in very handy. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quiet getaway on Seven Mile Beach.

Very nice place and location
