We first of all loved the location!!! View from the balcony was amazing! Peppers is across the street they have excellent food! There are good coffee shops in walking distance. We did not cook but the kitchen is well stocked if you wanted to! We actually walked the beach a lot and even went to the Diving/sports store nearby to buy some floats for the ocean, they blow them up at the store for you. I recommend the Bioluminescent tour so cool! Don’t think twice, book this place. We will definitely be back!

Complex had great pools, when we were there, we have a very large beach to enjoy. I know the beach size can depend on weather. Close to restaurants and activities. My favorite part was sitting on the back patio just relaxing and looking at the water.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful two-bedroom apartment on Seven Mile Beach. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking view. Sitting on the balcony with a morning coffee or watching the sunset in the evening was truly unforgettable.The beach itself is just steps away and feels like something out of a postcard. The soft white sand and crystal-clear water made it perfect for swimming, relaxing, and long walks along the shore. It never felt crowded, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind completely.The location is also great .Everything we needed was within easy reach, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Overall, this was the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway, and we would absolutely love to come back again!

Carol was very responsive to our questions. The location of the condo was very convenient for walking to restaurants. The condo itself has a great layout and had all the amenities. Unfortunately, we are on the middle floor and had noisy people above us so the unit itself wasn’t as quiet as we hoped. The pool was very cold when we visited di could not use that. There was no hot tub as well to warm up. But overall, we had a responsive host so thank you.

We stayed in 523 for two weeks in December 2025. Everything was as described, the place was impeccable and Carol our liaison was very helpful getting us settled in. Our questions were answered promptly and accurately. We are extremely pleased with this vacation!

Not what I expected..could use some updates, new couch,new beds, new refrigerator and we thought from the description it had a hot tub on site..it didn’t and that was the main reason we choose the place..wouldn’t stay here again..

Smaller beach but great condo and location

We loved staying here and being able to walk to many different amazing restaurants! It was considerably less expensive than most hotels in the area (we stay in 4 stars or higher), and we had a very nice view and semi private small beach that was only a short walk to. We would definitely book here again!

Beautiful view and grounds. Almost zero beach front. Lots of rocks upon ocean entry, bring water shoes. Convenient location. Peppers across the road has great jerk chicken. Accommodations were very comfortable.

Beautiful Fall Getaway

Wonderful stay for our family of 5. Unit was well appointed with an amazing view. Easy walk to the pool and ocean. Host went out of her way to bring us beach chairs and pool noodles. Recommend a car to drive to all the beautiful snorkeling spots around Grand Cayman. Walkable to restaurants, shops and much more.

Great family rental

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The location was convenient, with plenty of food/shopping options within walking distance. The property was spacious and good repair, with the balcony locks being the only exception; thankfully my family was there to let me back in. We ate in a lot and loved being able to do laundry when we wanted to. In 2023, the beach is pretty much non-existent, but the ocean is warm and shallow, and there's plenty to see if you swim to the hotel next door. There are great beaches on and around 7 Mile Beach if you rent a car (but some don't have showers).

Regal Beach is a hidden gem!

Regal Beach was the perfect location and close to everything. Having the Marriott next store was a pleasant surprise to grab lunch & drinks during our stay. There was great snorkeling about 1/4 mile off the shore from the resort if you are a strong swimmer. We made a trip out there each day. The condo was well equipped and so much better than staying in a hotel with the full kitchen & washer/dryer. Also enjoyed playing tennis/pickleball in the evenings. As others have mentioned the beach was washed away, but the lounge chairs around the pool facing the ocean were perfect and worked for us.
