This was our third time booking this condo and it gets better each time! The unit has a new couch and washer/dryer so the host definitely likes to keep it updated and in good working order for guests. Sunset cove in general is amazing for families with children with its separate baby pool and cove at the ocean. The past week had some days with rough seas but with the cove we were still able to enjoy the ocean! Can’t wait to return!

The condo and the location were perfect! The beach was not crowded at all - there were chairs and umbrellas available anytime of the day. The condo is very clean and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Lots of restaurants and shops within a couple mile radius. If you’re considering a stay here, we highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

Very disappointed with this Vrbo. Driving into the complex it appears to be abandoned. A terrible odor greeted us upon opening the door to our unit. We tried to air the unit out but each time we returned the smell was the same. We notified the owner of the smell and were advised he would check with the Hoa but nothing to remedy the situation during our stay. The bathroom vanity was missing a door. The toilet paper holder was broken and kitchen utensils were broken, of low quality and mismatched. Water damage to the walls and bathroom ceiling and broken light switch and electrical plates. We left after two days into our 8 day stay and found a local hotel. Very poor condition and very overpriced. If you sort through the lowest rated reviews, you will see that our experience was not unique.

Livia was attentive although it took 3 days trying everything plus finally sending two gentlemen out to fix the TV. With our weather not the best, we were in the unit more than hoped. Everything essentially was clean, but unit is starting to look drab and needs a good pep, paint etc. The kitchen cabinets were a mess, everything just thrown in them. Part of blender missing. Again with weather very we couldn’t just turn the a/c off. Washer dials need help. Does not face the pool or beach. Never could use patio due to wind and coolness. We made new memories!!

Yes host was great. We asked for a late takeout and it was no problem. We had a cut so we appreciated the first aid kit. The private porch was nice to get out of the wind and wind down. The bar and pool area was well kept and the beach with the breakwater was great to break up the high waves.

We stayed at this condo for 5 nights in December. Host was very easy to communicate with and checked on us during the stay. The condo had a garden view and it was nice to sit on the back patio in the morning- it was very private. The beach and pool area were both amazing! Most days , it felt we had the beach to ourselves - hardly anyone else was there. The protected cove was nice as well- you can snorkel and see tons of fish and one day there was a stingray. The pool is very nice as well- tons of lounge chairs and we got food / drinks at the swim up bar/restaurant at the condo complex called the lazy lizard. The condo did have beach chairs, umbrellas, and other gear, but we never had to use them since the pool/beach was never crowded. The condo is in a good location near tons of good restaurants within walking distance. The condo was also very quiet and peaceful. Overall, a very nice condo that exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again if I come back to Grand Cayman!

The condo complex is absolutely amazing! We loved the protected beach, kids pool (about 1 foot deep) and the big pool with the swim up bar and waterfall. There were always plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and beach; it felt like we had a resort to ourselves! If you like swimming in the ocean or lounging by the beach, staying here is a must because it is protected. The condo itself is well loved but worth it to be in our budget at the best condo complex on seven mile beach with families. Had everything we needed for kids (pack and play, tons of infant and toddler toys, kids utensils/plates/cups, etc.), to cook and BBQ. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Also loved the open concept kitchen, dining, family room. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very easy to communicate with. My family and I enjoyed our stay-- it was perfect for us. We liked the location of this condo and the private patio that overlooked a beautiful garden area. This unit was very quiet! The kitchen was stocked well, along with plenty of bedding and beach accessories. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, a plus that property has a private feel due to is own protected beach and wonderful pool area. Easy to get to restaurants and shops all within walking distances. Paradise on earth

We just got back from staying at this property and are already looking to come back next year. The condo itself has everything you should need to make your own meals and drinks. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The back patio is very private and a nice place to relax. Beach towels, toys, etc were plentiful. Location of the condo was great as it was only steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach.The condo complex itself exceed our expectations. We are used to many beachside condo amenities being below those of a hotel. Here that is not the case. The pool is large, very clean, and never crowded. Chairs were also never an issue as they were available at all times of the day. The pool bar is a huge asset. The bartenders were friendly and the food and drinks were good. The beach area is fantastic. There was never a time when there weren't available chairs and umbrellas. The sand is very soft and extends a good way from the water unlike most places nearby. The rock barrier keeps the water completely calm at all times and is a great place to snorkel. Groceries, liquor and restaurants are all within walking distance. However, I still would recommend renting a car as it makes it much easier. I had never driven on the left side before and was very intimidated, but it wasn't bad at all.Lastly, the owner is friendly and the most responsive person i have ever rented from.

We had a wonderful stay at the 7 Mile Beach Condo for our anniversary. Short walk to pool and beach. Unit was clean and beds comfortable. Beautiful sunsets and close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great spot for families

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s perfect for what we need without being too expensive. Sunset Cove is great for both adults and small children, the swim up bar and hot tub are lovely and the pool and kiddie pool are perfect for kids. The beach is fantastic since it has the protective cove around it, it keeps the water calm for the kiddos. If you want a long walk on the beach it’s very close to the larger stretch of seven mile where you can walk down the beach for miles.

Great Family Get Away

Certainly will have memories forever!Wife and I were in GC 8 years ago, and brought our 6yo this trip. Sunset Cove was unchanged from what we remembered and it was nothing short of amazing.Love the ability to go from pool (with the bar), to the beach anytime we wanted.Surrounding area is friendly and we walked just about everywhere we went.We will be back again very soon!
