We stayed at this condo for 5 nights in December. Host was very easy to communicate with and checked on us during the stay. The condo had a garden view and it was nice to sit on the back patio in the morning- it was very private. The beach and pool area were both amazing! Most days , it felt we had the beach to ourselves - hardly anyone else was there. The protected cove was nice as well- you can snorkel and see tons of fish and one day there was a stingray. The pool is very nice as well- tons of lounge chairs and we got food / drinks at the swim up bar/restaurant at the condo complex called the lazy lizard. The condo did have beach chairs, umbrellas, and other gear, but we never had to use them since the pool/beach was never crowded. The condo is in a good location near tons of good restaurants within walking distance. The condo was also very quiet and peaceful. Overall, a very nice condo that exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again if I come back to Grand Cayman!

The host was perfect. She answered all of my questions right away. She explained clearly how to access her unit, and the condo was well stoked. The location was close to the parking lot and the beautiful, spacious pool.

The condo complex is absolutely amazing! We loved the protected beach, kids pool (about 1 foot deep) and the big pool with the swim up bar and waterfall. There were always plenty of lounge chairs by the pool and beach; it felt like we had a resort to ourselves! If you like swimming in the ocean or lounging by the beach, staying here is a must because it is protected. The condo itself is well loved but worth it to be in our budget at the best condo complex on seven mile beach with families. Had everything we needed for kids (pack and play, tons of infant and toddler toys, kids utensils/plates/cups, etc.), to cook and BBQ. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. Also loved the open concept kitchen, dining, family room. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was very easy to communicate with. My family and I enjoyed our stay-- it was perfect for us. We liked the location of this condo and the private patio that overlooked a beautiful garden area. This unit was very quiet! The kitchen was stocked well, along with plenty of bedding and beach accessories. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location

Great location, a plus that property has a private feel due to is own protected beach and wonderful pool area. Easy to get to restaurants and shops all within walking distances. Host Livia was wonderful responding quickly to our questions and her property is beautifully maintained and decorated. Highly Recommend!

Grand Cayman

Great location, access to shops, markets and beaches. We enjoyed the private beach and swimming pools. Property was very clean and stocked with everyday needs and items for beach activities. Host was very responsive and addressed all of our needs.

Paradise on earth

We just got back from staying at this property and are already looking to come back next year. The condo itself has everything you should need to make your own meals and drinks. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The back patio is very private and a nice place to relax. Beach towels, toys, etc were plentiful. Location of the condo was great as it was only steps from the pool and a very short walk to the beach.The condo complex itself exceed our expectations. We are used to many beachside condo amenities being below those of a hotel. Here that is not the case. The pool is large, very clean, and never crowded. Chairs were also never an issue as they were available at all times of the day. The pool bar is a huge asset. The bartenders were friendly and the food and drinks were good. The beach area is fantastic. There was never a time when there weren't available chairs and umbrellas. The sand is very soft and extends a good way from the water unlike most places nearby. The rock barrier keeps the water completely calm at all times and is a great place to snorkel. Groceries, liquor and restaurants are all within walking distance. However, I still would recommend renting a car as it makes it much easier. I had never driven on the left side before and was very intimidated, but it wasn't bad at all.Lastly, the owner is friendly and the most responsive person i have ever rented from.

We had a wonderful stay at the 7 Mile Beach Condo for our anniversary. Short walk to pool and beach. Unit was clean and beds comfortable. Beautiful sunsets and close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great spot for families

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s perfect for what we need without being too expensive. Sunset Cove is great for both adults and small children, the swim up bar and hot tub are lovely and the pool and kiddie pool are perfect for kids. The beach is fantastic since it has the protective cove around it, it keeps the water calm for the kiddos. If you want a long walk on the beach it’s very close to the larger stretch of seven mile where you can walk down the beach for miles.

Great Family Get Away

Certainly will have memories forever!Wife and I were in GC 8 years ago, and brought our 6yo this trip. Sunset Cove was unchanged from what we remembered and it was nothing short of amazing.Love the ability to go from pool (with the bar), to the beach anytime we wanted.Surrounding area is friendly and we walked just about everywhere we went.We will be back again very soon!

Perfect for our short stay

Sunset Cove is a great location, with a fabulous beach area out front which includes a rock-walled, calm water swimming area for families. I enjoyed the garden view porch which gave us a bit more privacy than the pool or beach facing properties. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch, and afternoon drinks. Her unit was filled with great books, puzzles and games for a rainy day, as well! Livia was great at being available for questions or help.

Awesome beach and sunsets

We loved our stay. Our accommodations needed updating and we would have preferred a better view, also better cleaning supplies we were unable to keep floors clean which was unpleasant. It was however so close to pool and beach so that’s what really counted and we loved ground floor feature. Sunset cove was great.

Great Stay!

We had a great time in Grand Cayman. The condo was perfect size for 6 people and Livia was very responsive. The beach cove was perfect for snorkeling. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo and host

We loved our stay, the condo was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location. The grounds were well maintained and had good amenities. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We will be back.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay at unit 115 sunset cove. The condo was so nice and had everything we needed. It was very well stocked even a welcome basket of snacks. It was so convenient first floor located close to pool and beach. The complex is beautiful very well mantained with an awesome large pool pool bar and plenty of chairs. Beach is steps away with lots of chairs and umbrellas. The beach has a great cove area to swim and float in. The beaches in this section have more natural rock. This complex has very nice beach area. It was our first visit to Caymans and we will definitely be back. Our host was soo helpful before and during our stay.

Great property, great Host, great location!

It was me, my husband, our 2 kids 16 and 19 and 4 month old grandson for 10 days. We used to live in Cayman so we knew Sunset Cove and Livia's unit was FABULOUS! I appreciated the Fully stocked kitchen, cooked many breakfasts, quick lunches, some few dinners.! Cayman is super expensive, even the grocery stores so we were glad to be able to cook in our unit.Amazing beach with a private cove; SO important due to the nearby beach erosion. Sunset Cove is one of the only places in that area to still have its own beach, NO erosion.The unit itself is spacious and comfortable! I am picky about mattresses and cannot sleep on anything super soft. These mattresses were great and sofa bed in living room for 16 yr old son was perfect, he could watch tv/Netflix/YouTube. Unit has a pack and play with sheets for our 4 month old grandson.Internet was good.Location at the south end of 7 Mile Beach is very nice, super short drives to various grocery stores (Kirk’s and Camana Bay Fosters). We alway rent a car in Cayman and travel everywhere. car rental is pretty cheap compared to let’s say Jamaica. We went often to Camana Bay, to eat, once to the cinema/movies, and walk around with the baby strollerWe absolutely love the pool at Sunset Cove,w/swim up bar!Host was AMAZING especially since we were there during Hurricane Beryl (stayed with friends away from the sea). Livia was always checking up on us to make sure we were ok since we stayed on island. 1000% would return! Thank you!!

New Years Eve stay

The fireworks in the Caymans rival anywhere in the world. The condo is exactly as described, the host is fabulous and response times are great. The pool is so great and the beach is good also.All in all a 10 out of 10!The Caymans are very expensive to eat out. Average dinner with no drinks is 30 a person American for pretty basic food.Nightlife is casual and island is the safest we have been to. We loved the this part for us and our kids. Lastly the public bus is great. You literally flag it down and you are on your way up and down the 7 mile and to Georgetown. We liked it better than how long it took to get cabs. The grocery store which is awesome, the hot food is amazing, is a 4 minute bus.Overall just a great trip with a great host.
