Absolute paradise perfection!! This second floor condo had plenty of room for our family of 4 (15 & 17yo). 60 second walk to beach past a clean and well cared for pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Nothing crazy fancy, but perfect for a genuine island feel. Location: on the quieter side with lots of space. Walkable to grocery, liquor stores etc., but took cabs/bus to main 7 mile resorts/restaurants. Snorkeling right outside our door. Unit: Wonderfully updated, clean, has every amenity and kitchen tool, dish & glassware you would ever need! Open floor plan and large, comfortable patio with plenty of seating. Ocean view only obstructed by perfectly placed palms that shaded the space. Hosts: Extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Answered all our questions promptly, left us welcome snacks and we truly felt like their guests.If we are lucky enough to return to the Cayman Islands, we 100% will stay here again!

Great property with a beach, pool and view. It’s in a perfect walkable location to bars, restaurants and grocery store. Comfy beds and it had everything you need for your vacation in the caymans. Very responsive hosts met all our needs while there. You won’t regret staying here!

Nice place!

Great property and perfect for our family of 4. Listing is accurate. Condo came with everything needed. Close drive to everything. Beach is rocky but great for snorkeling. Very quiet and serene. Great views!

Great Stay!

Location is great. Its tucked away from plenty of the ongoing noise both from Georgetown and the resorts on the Seven Mile Beach. Trees provide some shade to the patio which can difficult to get a breeze on. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. It never felt cramped or small with three adults. The beds could probably be replaced, as they're sinking pretty bad in the middle. But overall pretty minimal to a great place to call home for a little bit.

We had a great time staying at cocoplum! The condo was really nice and clean, and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The location was quiet but still walkable to coffee shops, restaurants, and any other amenities that we needed. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This spot was perfect for my husband, two kids in college and me. The condo was well appointed and had all the essentials- including beach towels and chairs - for us to enjoy the best of the beach. We brought our own snorkeling gear and saw a variety of fish at the ship wreck right off shore including a Morrey Eel! This place is walking distance to grocery store, The Wharf restaurant ( great place) and the liquor store. Loved this place and hope to return again in the future!

Cocoplum Condo

We had a fabulous stay here in condo #8! It was everything we needed and wanted. The listing was exactly as described! The sunsets from the balcony were our absolute favorite! We plan to visit and stay here again! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a quiet area for there family to stay.

SECRET PARADISE STAY!

As first-time visitors to the Cayman Islands, our stay at Cocoplum Condos was nothing short of exceptional. Perfect Cayman vacation rental

Traveling with my wife and three children and Cocoplum was the perfect vacation rental for us. The rental was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in the perfect location. The ocean views from the large balcony were spectacular and views of the pool and well maintained grounds were also great - it was a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or cocktail or to read a book. The pool is on the small side but was perfect for us - my boys probably were in the pool 5 hours a days. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables around the pool which were perfect for lounging but also for dining ocean and poolside. A few steps away is the beach which is very private. There is coral but it’s an amazing beach. A short distance out from the shoreline we saw of fish and coral reefs. Plus a short swim away is a shipwreck which was so interesting to snorkel around - when my youngest son wasn’t in the pool he was snorkeling and checking out the shipwreck. There is a nice tennis court on the property which we used for tennis but also to workout. There were other families and small groups at the property during our stay but for the most part we felt we had the place to ourself. There are also two charcoal grills. This was our first trip to the Caymans but we thought the location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants and food stores are a short distance. For us Cocoplum was a perfect spot to relax and have fun together as a family…we didn’t want to leave!

Amazing vacation!

Our stay was our best honeymoon yet, and we travel a lot!! The best part was the million dollar view!! We enjoyed very much that it was a private area, we literally had the beach and pool for ourselves our entire 4 day stay! Loved the stay!

Loved the place. Quiet area with beautiful views. Enjoyed watching all the cruise ships come in. Note - you can not stroll along the beach either North or South as you are quickly in the water!

Thank you for making your wonderful property available for our family’s Cayman vaca! The furnishings, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean and modern. Quiet beachfront location with plenty of walkable amenities. Shipwreck right off the private beach! Water shoes are key for the rocks. Kids loved the pool. Balcony view of the pool and ocean sunsets helps make this 2nd floor unit one of the best in the development! It was exactly what our family was looking for! Thank you so much!

Nice, but the wrong part of 7 mile beach

Not bad, but wouldn't stay here again. This is a nice, clean property. Spacious and well equipped. Most importantly for us, it was quiet with no noisy neighbours or rowdy groups. The pool is small though, which is fine if you're the only ones in it, but not if a few others join you, when it's like standing in an elevator. The property is right on the beach, but this is where things start to unravel. If you've seen Die Hard where Bruce Willis walks over broken glass in his bare feet, you can imagine what walking into the sea from this beach feels like. It is tiny, and all sharp rocks and broken coral. Sure you could wear reef shoes, but who wants to have to do that? The really annoying thing is that you have one of the best beaches in the Caribbean just a few hundred yards away, but you take your life in your hands walking over ironstone and slippery rock pools to get to it. Luckily we had a car, so we would just drive a mile up the road, and access a nice part of the beach from there. There are plenty of apartments right on the nice parts of 7 mile beach, so pick one of those. You don't need to be this close to Georgetown as the island is so small. Overall, a nice apartment, but in the wrong place.

Golden

Golden! My fav VRBO. All the boxes were checked plus the wreck of gamma is right in front. It's a shallow and easy snorkel.No sargassum, calm and warm 85 degree waters (June/July), awesome sunsets, bonus hammock, on the bus line, tranquility at it's best. Thank you Sue and Don for 12 days of bliss celebrating my 60th, and my friends retirement from teaching 1st grade. We loved it so much, we went to book the same dates next year. We never go to the same place. However, the price doubled. So sad but we'll always have the memories. Have a beautiful life and stay at Cocoplum #8 .

Beautiful views

The location was perfect for what we wanted-a quiet beachfront stay. The view from the condo is spectacular. The lanai was a great spot to sip coffee in the morning and watch sunsets in the evening! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Our group was 4 adults and we had plenty of space.

Little gem!

Cocoplum is a little gem! The condo is cute and updated and clean! Lots of space and all the supplies (cooler, towels, kitchen, etc.) we needed! The pool and grounds were lovely, quiet, and private. The beach was fun for snorkeling with a small shipwreck close by and lots of rocks for finding critters. We rented a car so getting to the other beaches was easy, but my kids didn’t want to leave Cocoplum!
