The condo is great, very roomy, we had a great time. There are floats, beach chairs, coolers, and beach towels. The views from the balconies is pretty and the grounds are peaceful! We have a wonderful time and would defiantly come back!

This was a perfect place to stay on 7 mile beach. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs with one full bath and the other full bath is downstairs. Nice size kitchen, eating area and living area. The pool area is perfect, although we spent all our time on the beach. Every morning/evening the maintenance man came and set up the beach chairs and umbrellas. It is the perfect spot on 7 mile beach with plenty of sandy beach for the kids. Some areas have bad erosion and Cayman Reef Resort was in very good shape. The condo itself was comfortable, and had everything we needed. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping - you really don’t need a car as the public transportation and taxi’s run on West Bay Road all day/night. You can walk anywhere. Trinda, the host provides a fantastic guide for you upon arrival which I highly recommend printing and bringing with you. She recommends some terrific restaurants and night spots; and she wasn’t wrong about any of them. Highly, highly recommend staying here. Thank you Trinda - it was a fantastic time!

Great location, quiet atmosphere, and wonderful private like beech. We spent just over a week here, and the beach never got old. Excellent snorkeling, swimming with the turtles, and beach walks! Walking distance to Camana Bay and many restaurants!

Great location and perfect setup for us and our two teenagers. Comfortable, clean and spacious. We made breakfast nearly every morning in the stocked kitchen and ate out on the balcony overlooking the pool. Fosters Grocery store is a short walk or shorter drive to stock up on food. Tons of restaurants within walking distance too. Sunsets every night on the beach - AMAZING! Host was responsive and great to work with. Made us feel welcomed.

Best Vacation Rental Property Ever!

We were blown away by the overall quality of this property. The location was great with close proximity to a very nice pool, within just a few more steps to 7 mile beach. Also so much within walking distance including many restaurants & stores & Camana BayThe quality of all furnishings including the beds were excellent. It was also equipped with virtually everything you might need during your stay, even down to condiments and a large supply of coffee. Trinda the owner provides a comprehensive guide to everything you need to know about the property, but also copious recommendations for restaurants, stores, and of course things to do. It was also very quiet during our visit April6th - 13th 2024. No reservations needed for any actitivies , a nice bonus.

Best Week of My Life

Condo, pool and grounds were excellent. The beach was eroded but we were able to walk the beach and find perfect places to set up. Trinda was fantastic with making sure everything was right for us. Very close to everything you need. Highly recommend!!

Lovely Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo itself is beautifully renovated with comfortable furniture and beds, and enough space for our 5 adults and 1 child (3yo). The kitchen was well stocked with the basics you need. Trinda provided numerous baby items which was very helpful for our toddler, and the complex had a shared beach toy closet which was nice so we did not have to supply our own beach toys! The condo grounds are beautiful and the pool was really nice to have, as are the showers throughout the property. Trinda provided a ton of helpful information after booking which came in handy as it was our first trip to the island! We used a lot of the recommendations/vendors and had great experiences. The location of the condo is on the south side of 7 Mile Beach, but there are numerous restaurants within walking distance as well as Camana Bay/the grocery store so we were able to go without a vehicle during our stay. The one disappointment is the beach is not quite as depicted in photos. The beach at the complex is small and rocky, and the lounge chairs/umbrellas are on the grass above the ramp/stairs as there is not much room on the beach. The beach in this area is just shared between two complexes and then stops, so you have to walk on the street or swim if you want to get to the long stretch of 7 Mile Beach. It was just a quick 7-10 min walk to that part of 7MB, but was still a little disappointing. Overall though we enjoyed our stay!

Amazing stay!

#57 at Cayman Reef Resort was wonderful. The condo had everything that we needed and more. The location is fantastic. We could walk to restaurants, shipping, etc. Trina was a terrific host. We will be renting here again for sure!

Great location, responsive owner, would recommend to thers

Very nice location, center of 7 mile beach with close access to grocery, shopping, eating and more. Owner very responsive and shared lots of helpful information before our trip. Encountered a couple maintenance issues (dryer not heating to dry clothes-plugged vent, non working outlet) but overall the accommodations were nice. As far as the whole complex, the pool could have used more umbrellas and was much improved after grounds crew cleaned it mid week. Some shared floaties were available for our kids so we didn't have to supply our own. The beach was quite narrow during our visit (high sea levels I think). Not quite as shown in the pictures. Still gorgeous and beautiful sunsets each night. Will be visiting again.

This is a Nice Place

This place was clean, comfortable and had a great location. Be sure to go across the street to Chicken, chicken for some food. The movie theater/mall is a 15 minute walk. I could go on..... The managers are organized and set us up with suggestions that made our first trip here really easy. Thanks!
