Great location close to the beach and had many restaurants within walking distance! Loved sitting on the patio watching the ocean. Very clean and comfortable for our 2 families. Owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. Very well equipped, the host was such a pleasure to meet and made our stay better with a fabulous booklet of things to do and places to go. The food was absolutely phenomenal at all of her recommendations. Very good location and although the beach is no longer there, its a short drive or walk to access to beautiful 7 mile beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Cayman is always extremely nice to visit. The condo is roomy and clean with all the amenities you could hope for. Water view right out the patio door. Beach is small but nice and the snorkeling is amazing. I’d recommend bringing water shoes to get past the rocks to the sand. Icoa restaurant is a must for coffee and breakfast. Kirk’s grocery is a large grocery store about a mile walk. The condo complex is clean and well kept.

The beach is small but no problem with getting lounger. There are rocks as you enter the water. Condo was great, communication with host was quick. The free use of the paddle boards , bikes and kayaks was great option

Great Condo

The property managers were great at communication. They even went out of their way to help with our grocery delivery fiasco!! Much Appreciated when traveling with a larger group!I only gave a rating deduction because we couldn't get the two trundle beds out at the same time. They would bump into each other, even after we tried moving the beds. So our two youngest girls shared a bed. I also recommend getting some non-stick frying pans. Even with oil, our food was sticking badly. Nice condo with a great view, walking distance to bigger beaches, and wonderful restaurants. The local bus system is very easy to use!

Highly Recommended

Property is beautiful and our condo had wonderful view of the water from the porch which had a large enough round table for all 5 adults and our toddler. Porch is screened in too which is a major PLUS! No flying insects ever got in so you could eat on porch without any flies etc! If you have kids plenty of toys etc for any age our 2 year old had a ball! Grounds were kept up, pools were perfect and yes there is only a tiny two umbrella beach at low tide but plenty of sandy beaches short walk away on each side. Beach was lost during the bad hurricane but don’t let it bother you! We know. Symantec well recommend Governors Beach on 7 Mile, Smith Beach below Georgetown and of course Rum Point. Plenty walkable and bus goes up and down 7 mile for only $2.50 US each way. Loved Coconut Joes right across street and Peppers short walk north. Groceries closed on Sundays so be aware of that.If you can handle driving on left side of road we do think a car is great. Rentals per week very reasonable compared to the US. We took our toddler to Turtle Farm it was worth it.not just hundreds of turtles but you can swim there and also feed birds and other things to do like underground aquarium with nurse sharks. Barracuda and large Tarpons amongst other fish ( and turtles).. nice little beach area by swimming lagoon with lounge chairs too! Condo is as pictured very updated had all you need to cook in, but definitely check to see what if any condiments etc. you may need. Loved it! Thanks Trinda!

Favorite family vacation location

Our stay at Plantation Village was perfect! Very comfortable stay just as described. Our checkin and check out was super easy and the condo has everything you need to enjoy Grand Cayman. The book of suggestions was super helpful in making dining decisions and booking tours. The Snorkeling right off shore has a ton to see. We love Coconut Joes for breakfast and dinner which is super convenient to the condo. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the owners for being a great hosts!

Spring Break 2024

We loved our stay there. The condo was perfect. The location was amazing. Tiny beach which we were very aware of but excellent snorkeling right there. The condo is close to everything. The condo information book has every little bit of information that you could possibly need to know. The condo is equipped with everything you need which makes packing and traveling easier. We loved our stay there and will return.

Great location on Seven Mile Beach

Spring Break trip with the family. Great accommodations, clean, comfortable beds, has everything you need. Beautiful view of the ocean from the patio or the living room couch. Condo perfect location- walking distance to restaurants and other resorts. Airport is 10 minute drive- I would not recommend renting a car if you are staying for a week- taxi or walking is a great option. Overall beautiful condo and place to visit- perfect weather every day. Water is so clear.

We were delighted with our stay! Great screened porch, comfortable beds, coffee, laundry detergent, beach towels, shampoo, and all the appliances for a festive getaway! Facilities provided kayaks ( new seats needed for several) paddle boards, delightful pools, excellent location. The beach front is nonexistent but hop a wall, walk around, or rough it during low tide allows you access to the beach. We hope to return.

Lack of Beach

Great home, great location but the beach has been washed away and the picture in the listing do not depict this. Again the beach is mostly washed away,the pictures are outdated. I will say the home itself was great, neighbors were nice with the exception of the potheads directly below making breakfast on the patio questionably desirable. Parking was convenient.

Convenient Location & Offers Good Amenities

We had a lovely stay here - good value. We were walking distance to shops and restaurants but it was still quiet enough. The condo was clean and provided all the amenities. Our plane arrived prior to check-in time at the condo but were still permitted to check in - thanks for that Trinda. Indeed, the beach at the facility was eroded due to the recent hurricane but we still enjoyed it nonetheless. Water was clear and warm. Good spot to admire the sunsets. Suggest water shoes here as it can be rocky & not always pleasant stepping on the seaweed. We took advantage of the facility kayaks and paddleboards as well as the 2 clean pools. Thank you for a great stay.

Great Trip

We had a lovely stay at Plantation Village. The owners had many thoughtful touches like beach towels, laundry detergent, coffee and some toiletries. The kitchen was very well stocked. The condo is cute and roomy with very comfortable beds and bedding and is situated with a nice view of the water. The condo is showing some wear and tear and looks like it could use some freshening up but is otherwise perfectly pleasant. As others have mentioned, the beach is tiny with little shade in spite of a few umbrellas. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas by the pool. To walk the beach you have to walk on the sea wall and in the water which can be a little rocky. You have to walk a little beyond the Marriott to be able to walk on uninterrupted beach. It doesn't take away from the beauty though. Grand Cayman is a gorgeous island and Plantation Village is in a perfect spot, within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping.

Winter Getaway

Our trip to Grand Cayman was amazing! This condo is perfectly situated for walking to restaurants, shopping, and beaches. We enjoyed a beautiful and peaceful view of the water each morning from the screened porch while having coffee. It is well equipped with everything we needed and the response to any questions was addressed immediately. Highly recommend Grand Cayman and this condo. We'll be back!! Thank you!!

Enjoyable week

Our family of 5 had a great week. Comfortable property, everything you need. There is a small area of sandy beach at the condo, otherwise you can walk/swim to sandy beaches on either side of the property. We rented a car to explore the island and glad we did.

Great vacation

The property was perfect for a family wanting to get away. It's location was convenient to restaurants (within walking distance) for both breakfast and dinner. The condo itself was roomy and did not feel cramped (6 people total). Great value for the money.

Gorgeous Cayman Condo

This is likely the best vacation rental we’ve ever had. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Outfitted with all needs in mind. We would definitely stay again. My only warning is that there is no beach at this condo. We were 7 able bodied adults so walking to another beach was fine but not sure that would work with children, the elderly or disabled. Other than that is was perfect!!
