  • Lands1000 meters from the center and the sea, immersed in the greenery of an ancient olive grove, equipped with every comfort, well-finished furnishings including the outdoor one, completely renovated in 2010, large equipped patio of over 12 square meters, located in the of the historic villas of the Genoese nobility, convenient for visiting all the towns of the Riviera both by boat (during the summer season) and by car or train, including the Cinque Terre and Portofino. Artistic cities such as Genoa, Pisa, Lucca or Florence can be reached in a short time by any means of transport. On-site parking, daily cleaning on request (extra), close to all kinds of shops and restaurants serving seafood specialties; moreover, in the immediate hinterland the cuisine is typical of Liguria. Open-air market on Saturdays, fish market caught in the area every afternoon (in season), Supermarkets that can also be reached on foot in a few minutes.

We enjoyed the apartment, all equipped if you want to cook, located in very quiet area with beautiful gardens, a little oasis. We loved the patio where we spent a lot of time. The host, Gaetano, is very very nice and helpful. He came to get us at the train station. You can easily walk to the train station, about a 10 minute walk. Close to the beaches and the town, very walkable. We would go back for sure!

Großartige Gastfreundschaft

Wir hatten etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Man ist zu Fuß schnell im Ort, am Meer, zum Einkaufen und am Bahnhof. Würde es auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen. Der Eigentümer wohnt nebenan und ist sehr sehr hilfsbereit.

Friendly and helpful

Gaetano is very friendly and was very helpful with local recommendations for food and sights. You know, the stuff only locals like Gaetano would know. Sestri Levante is a bit touristy, though less than other towns at the Riviera. And the Villa is in a very quite neighbourhood. Check out Baia Silencia! Had a really good honeymoon here.

Wonderful!

We had an amazing time in Gaetano's house! The appartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need. Comfy bed, cozy terrace to relax, lovely decorations and attention to detail. Gaetano is a wonderful host and a very nice person and he gave us many useful information and recommendations for the area. Easy walking distance into town and to the beach. 100% recommend!

A wonderful time in Sestri Levante

The owner and host Gaetano Zambon is an excellent host and a helpful and delightful person. He has restored a villa over many years into characterful appartments in a quiet residential area of the town. It is well located for walking to the beaches and centre of town, easy walk to railway station that connects many of the towns along the Ligurian coast from Genoa to La Spezia, that includes the Cinque Terre villages. Thank you, Gaetano for a lovely stay.

Zwei schöne Wochen in Sestri Levante

Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in Gaetanos Appartment verbracht! Gaetano ist ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Er ist jederzeit ansprechbar. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es hat eine schöne Terrasse und eine Klimananlage.

Great location and well organised space.

This is the first owner who gives you two toilet paper rolls, washing liquid and soap for washing machine and dishes.....and this tells you how the owner takes care of his guests. Great find! See you next Gaetano!

Perfect quiet stay

Gaetano’s studio is a perfect choice if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. The space is rather small but perfect for a holiday stay for a couple. It is also fully equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dishwasher, an outside space, every door and window has shutters to keep insects out and there’s a rainshower (although small space). The surroundings are very quiet yet by a full 15-20min walk you’re in the village centre and near all kind of beaches. Gaetano is the best host, he replies quickly and will help you with whataver you need. He offered to drive us from and to the trainstation which was incredibly nice. There’s also a stairlift to bring your luggage up. Recommended to book your stay here!

Vacanza di 1 settimana a Giugno

Siamo stati accolti dal cordiale e disponibile proprietario, che ci ha presentato la bella e attrezzata dimora, immersa nel verde, dove tranquillità e relax sono padroni, pur essendo non lontani dal centro e dalle larghe spiagge cittadine. A poche centinaia di metri anche la stazione ferroviaria, che consiglierei per visite nei dintorni (5 Terre, Lerici, oppure Genova, Camogli, etc.), vista la carenza di parcheggi. La casa, accogliente e riservata, disponeva anche di un prezioso parcheggio coperto; insomma un gioiellino di appartamento per una vacanza al top che tutti meritano. Un grazie al Sig. Gaetano per la sua assistenza completa e per la simpatia.

Una delle poche volte che trovo tutto quello che serve, dotazione ottima di accessori. Arredamento squisito e funzionale. Posto in mezzo a fitto verde ed una distesa di ulivi, casa fresca, ben ventilata, non abbiamo usato il condizionatore, sebbene presente. In 15 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro e la prima spiaggia utile, con bicicletta, che si possono riparare al chiuso, si ha disposizione una fitta rete ciclabile interconnessa con i paesi limitrofi e , last but not least, , Gaetano Zambon , una persona gentile e disponibile che vi farà venire voglia di tornare

Agréable séjour

Gaetano est un hôte très sympathique , soucieux du bien être de ses voyageurs. Formidable guide , il a su nous aider à découvrir la région. Appartement agréable , propre et bien équipé dans une ville qui est un formidable pied à terre pour découvrir les alentours ( Portofino , les cinq terre ) L'appartement est situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare , un bon quart d'heure de la plage. Superbe séjour

Gaetano est un hôte charmant, à l’écoute et de bon conseil. Il maîtrise parfaitement le français. La location est le point de départ parfait pour de multiples destinations de randonnées et/ou visites. Einer der nettesten Gastgeber bei dem wir je waren!

Zunächst einmal zum Ort: Sestri Levante ist ein wirklich angenehmer Ort. 2 schöne Buchten, nette Altstadt, gute Anbindung an Zug, Schiff und Bus, gute Lokale in allen Preisklassen und sehr freundliche Bewohner. Die Wohnung liegt so günstig, dass man vieles zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad gut erreichen kann. Sie ist klein, aber gut und praktisch ausgestattet. Genug Stauraum ist vorhanden. Für nachts eine Taschenlampe wegen der div. kleiner Ecken ins Bad, ist hilfreich. Die große überdachte Terrasse ist auch bei schlechterem Wetter benutzbar. Leider ist sie ohne Aussicht. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und hätten es auch noch länger ausgehalten. (9 Nächte dort). Grazie Gaetano

Posto molto bello con una “marcia” in più

Recensione Posto incantevole situato in una zona piena di verde e molto tranquilla. Appartamento molto pulito, spazioso, arredato benissimo e con una apprezzabile attenzione ai dettagli. La posizione è ottima sia per visitare Sestri Levante, sia per raggiungere le Cinque Terre, nonché per apprezzare Portofino. L’aspetto di sicuro che merita più di tutti di essere evidenziato è l’estrema gentilezza ed accoglienza del padrone di casa, un vero SIGNORE di altri tempi. Si percepisce subito l’orientamento sincero verso gli ospiti, un vero conoscitore del luogo e non solo. Siamo contenti di averlo conosciuto. In conclusione Vi consigliamo di soggiornare in questo in questo appartamento e di assaporarne tutti i contorni

Die Unterkunft war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Unser Vermieter hat sich unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend um uns gekümmert. Wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt! Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen! Das Zimmer ist mit allerlei Souveniers aus der ganzen Welt eingerichtet und hat einen ganz besonderen Charme. Sehr genossen haben wir den Platz vor unserem Eingangsbereich, eine kleine überdachte Terrasse, auf der wir alle unsere Mahlzeiten genossen haben. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, so dass man sich selbst sehr gut verköstigen kann. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Sehr liebevoll, mit allen erdenklichen Extras (Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Klimagerät, Föhn, usw.) eingerichtete gemütliche Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen. Eine große Terrasse, Garage und sogar Fahrräder waren für uns. Gaetano ist ein überaus freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter der immer, bei aller Zurückhaltung, für uns ansprechbar war.
