Roses House: Hillside Retreat Between Greenery and the Blue Sea

Located in Sestri Levante, this independent 120 sqm holiday home is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 3 guests. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, plus a bathroom with a spacious shower. The private fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine. The living and lounge areas, air conditioning in every room, private Wi-Fi, two satellite TVs, washing machine, and dedicated workspace ensure your comfort throughout your stay.



Outside, you'll find a private garden with lemon and orange trees, two balconies, and two terraces with panoramic views. Sun awnings, garden furniture, loungers, umbrellas, and a private barbecue create ideal spaces for relaxing and dining outdoors.



Parking options include free public parking on the street in front of the house and a garage suitable for cars and scooters. Pets are not allowed and events are prohibited. Please respect quiet hours from midnight to 6:00 am. A bike storage area and four bicycles are available for your complimentary use. A tennis court and riding stable (both available for an extra fee) are within walking distance along a pedestrian and cycle path by the river and fields.



The property is in a green area about 4 km from the sea and the center of Sestri Levante. Nearby you'll find walking and cycling paths and a shuttle service to the beach. You can enjoy horse riding, tennis, jogging, cycling, and trekking. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.



The owners live on site but not in your accommodation. Car rental, cleaning service, and shuttle to the airport and station are available for an extra fee.
