The pool is nothing but for show. The water has no heater and no one else is there. The woman was rude and impossible. There was no heat and she refused to turn it on. It was the worst place I have ever stayed. When I asked for heat she told me to go somewhere else so I booked a hotel instead. She should not be renting anything and Shame on VRBO for not vetting these people. The road there was as dangerous as they come. Tiny lane for two way traffic and many sharp curves. AWFUL PLACE!!!!!!!

Il faut savoir que la route est étroite pour rejoindre le logement environ 3 km. Le logement possède les équipements de base. Il manquerai une télé et un micro-onde (biberon du petit). La climatisation est très appréciable.

Beautiful country holidays

We stayed one week in this beautiful Apartment which is one of 4 in the total villa. Nice country view from the kitchen/ living room and another two bedrooms with 1 double and one single bed.Typical Tuscany moebles and kitchen. Only the entrance is difficult to enter with two steps. Air conditioned bedrooms with extra charge (10€/day) what is a must in July with constant 36 degrees. Friendly hosts (Italian/Swiss). The usual Morning dog barking at 6 was a little bit annoying. Nice pool as usual depending from the other guests (children/teens) Many cities around (Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Florence) Overall a good stay. Recommended!

Ferienwohnung in einem wunderschönen Anwesen

Wir haben 12 sehr schöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft genießen dürfen. Die Gastgeber Agatha und Marco sind sehr nett und das ganze Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Wir haben damit auf jeden Fall die richtige Wahl getroffen.

Die Unterkunft lässt sich nur weiterempfehlen. Wie schon von vielen beschrieben, sauber und einfach gut gemacht. Insbesondere die Terrasse am Pool und der Blick sind hervorragend.

Sehr gepflegtes Apartment mit tollem Pool und wunderbarer Aussicht! Ruhig und abseits gelegen!

Das Anwesen bietet vier Appartements, viel Ruhe, Klimaanlage und ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Vor allem der Pool ist ein Highlight mit wunderschönem Blick ins Tal. Die Anfahrt ist eng und steil, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran. Die Vermieter wohnen auch auf dem Anwesen und reagieren sofort bei Fragen oder Problemen. Florenz, Lucca und Pisa sind gut zu erreichen, man braucht allerdings zwingend ein Auto (zumindest bis zum Bahnhof nach Pistoia). Wir hatten zwei großartige Wochen und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.

Ideale Entspannung und Ruhe

Sehr abseits, ruhig, mit vielen Olivenbäumen umgebenes und Aussicht bis nach Florenz gelegenes Objekt. Typisch toskanisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr schöne Poolanlage und Anwesen, alle sauber und gepflegt. Sehr nette Vermieter, jederzeit erreichbar. Für uns war das der ideale Urlaub zum Entspannen sowie viel Kultur in der Umgebung zu erreichen. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern würde ich’s nicht empfehlen, es ist sehr abseits gelegen und der Pool nichts für Nichtschwimmer. Idealer Pärchenurlaub bzw. mit jugendlichen Kindern, die gern sich Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen. Danke Agatha und Marco für eure Gastfreundlichkeit !

Agatha & Marco were great hosts and very helpful in printing some forms and tickets for us. Also gave us a sample of their homemade wine and olive oil. Great stay and not very far from Pistoia, (stores, restaurants, church and train to Florence)

Great place, super location!

What a lovely, clean and super located stay! Located in the beautiful hills of Tuscany, with the most beautiful Italian cities around you! Great to combine culture (in the morning) with relaxation in the sun by the pool (in the afternoon). Really pleasant hosts! Would definitely recommend!
