"Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... "Een fijn vakantiehuis, zowel bij mooi als slechter weer. Grote tuin met heerlijk zwembad, maar bij kouder weer heel ruim en gezellig binnen, twee knusse haarden, een collectie dvd's etc. Een prima huis om met een grote familie in te verblijven. Enige nadeel is misschien dat het wel vrij afgelegen ligt en in de heuvels, dus je moet best veel rijden om dingen te zien. Verder heerlijk en hele vriendelijke communicatie met de lokale beheerder."

Absolut ungestörte Atmosphäre trotz zwei Wohnungen im selben Haus (separate Eingänge und Terrassen). "Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich schön am Haupthaus in einem tollen Garten, einem kleinen Pool und lieben Katzen, allerdings sehr remote. Zum Meer muss man zwischen 45-66km fahren. Ist aber gut angebunden. 8km vom Haus gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Allerdings wird es ab 2 Erwachsenen eng. "Een ontzettend mooie vakantiewoning met een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht op Gualdo. Het zwembad is zeer groot met zelfs een kleine duikplank. De woning is ook helemaal compleet ingericht en bevat alles wat je nodig hebt. Gail betrekt je goed bij de voorbereidingen en voorziet je regelmatig van informatie en updates. Je moet wel bereid zijn om even in de auto te zitten voor bezienswaardigheden (1 uur). In de omgeving zijn voldoende goede restaurants."

Die Ausstattung ist absolut hochwertig und der etwas höhere Mietpreis ist durchaus berechtigt. Empfehlenswert für Leute mit Stilempfinden und dem Wunsch, im Urlaub nur wenig Kompromisse eingehen zu wollen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter."

"Ilva’s home was fabulous. The views were amazing. Ilva was an absolute delight and we constantly cursed our lack of Italian as we would have been able to communicate so much better. Ilva was a fabulous hostess and checked in to make sure we were okay. The house was charming and lovingly decorated. On leaving we had issues with car, Ilva drove into Sarnano to meet us and called a mechanic. Truth be known we were sorry to leave."

"Difícil hacer el check in. Muebles muuy antiguos ! Podrían estar bien pero la cama en cualquier pequeño movimiento rechina, no pudimos dormir ! El baño, fatal! El asiento del WC roto, un bichó raro en la tina, el lavabo no se iba el agua, terrible! Lo único bueno es la ubicación pero no vale la pena el sacrificio! Decía desayuno buffet incluido y No lo encontramos! Nadie para dar información ! Mala experiencia"
