EV Apartment’s Villa Belinda property is located in beautiful Bogazkent. Villa Belinda is a triplex villa with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Villa also has a lovely spacious garden area in addition to an amazing balcony where guests can enjoy the amazing Bogazkent weather. The open layout of the kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining guests. Visitors who enjoy preparing their own food will be delighted with the fully stocked kitchen. The indoor area of the villa is 140m2 and the garden is 250m2. High quality furniture and fittings are provided throughout the property rooms. Villa Belinda is the perfect place for those families looking for a relaxing holiday close to the Antalya airport. From Villa Belinda is easy to reach both Belek and Boğazkent town centers, which offer many shops, restaurants and several public beaches. The area is very family friendly, making it a safe relaxing area for families with children.

PROPERTY FLOORS
Ground Floor
The ground floor of the Villa Belinda features a spacious living room leading into a 15m2 veranda. From the veranda guests can easily access the grass covered garden. The garden features both a hammock for relaxing and a sand pit making it a perfect place for children to play. The aforementioned kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer and everything else necessary for dining in. The living room is equipped with a PHILIPS FULL HD TV with satellite receiver offering many international and local channels. In addition, in the living room there is a fireplace heating system, which guests can enjoy it during the winter season.

First Floor
The first floor of the Villa Belinda features two bedrooms, both of which possess double beds. A large sunny balcony, featuring a beautiful view can be found off of one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms possess ample storage space. The bedrooms share a large bathroom complete with a full-sized bathtub.

Second floor
The second floor has a spacious bedroom with a lovely terrace, which is convenient for large groups. This level also has a small kitchenette, perfect for preparing quick breakfasts or a morning cup of coffee.Also a small shower

We are offering access to a shared pool -distance to property is within 30m.
The pool is shared with 3 other villas and 3 apartments.


For environmental reasons we limit the daily electricity allowance to 7kwH. Any consumption above will be charged at 0,2€/kwh.

House rules:
To ensure a pleasant stay for you and our neighbors, please keep the following in mind:

Quiet Hours: As we are in a residential area, please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors.

Electricity: To support our eco-friendly goals, we include 7 kWh/day. Usage above this is 0,2€/kWh.

BBQ: Please clean the BBQ after use to avoid a 20€ cleaning fee.

Pool: Access is between 9 am – 7 pm. Please shower before entering, and ensure children are supervised.

Gardener: Our gardener visits weekly (usually after 6 pm on weekdays or during the day on weekends). Let us know if you prefer specific days!
