Very good hotel and the best part is the staff
Super happy with the hotel experience!; and the best part of the hotel is actually the staff, they were really helpful for transportation around Raipur and always checking if they could do something extra to support me in my visit to the city

This was my fourth stay in this hotel. Obviously, I have liked it. Very efficient place, clean, staff exceedingly polite and helpful, good value for money, and most important - very well located, in a mall, and on main road. And may be I will stay here again. There was no hot water for two days. Bathroom fittings needs change. Fancy shower but poor performance. The Plumber was incompetent to resolve the hot water issue for two days.
