"The apt itself was pretty good, property left a little to be desired tho. We heard gunshots outside our first night, but no one bothered us the entire time we were there. We saw 1 neighbor ONE time and that was it. Also I think the lock on the front door needs to be fixed or something bc we had trouble getting it to stay locked when we left the apt. "Listed as entire house and was basement apartment. Private entrance could be left for interpretation as you have to park in shared space and walk across front of propery to get to basement. Nothing private about that. Could hear people walking and talking during walkthrough. Pool and pool area were not clean. Did not stay at property."
