"Había reservado a través del app de hoteles.com la habitación familiar con vistas al lago, al llegar al hotel me dicen que hay que cobrar antes de subir al habitación y cuando llegamos a la habitación veo que no es la misma que las fotos en la app, solo tiene una cama y un sofá normal, no sofacama, ..."
